I ordered four sandwiches, two chips, two cookies and a pop-nice tip too, over $75!! I tried the new toasted chicken bacon ranch. Should have sent it back, for over $10, I couldn't even bite the hard, child sized bun, no tomato on it, two bites of chicken, no bacon, and no cheese!! Disappointed doesn't even cover this rotten food. I have ordered it for a coworker before, and it was gigantic! I'll never spend my hard earned money again! What is advertised is absolutely NOT what I got!! Someone needs to be written up for even making it, and serving it. But this is what they do for deliveries. The customer gets crappy food, and nobody cares!

Too "freaky fast" to care what you ask for. I appreciate how fast they get your food made. Don't get me wrong. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. When you ask for no tomatoes and you get tomatoes on your sandwich 5/6 times, it gets a little annoying. They're always rushing customers and are always rude if you take longer than 5 seconds to make up your mind. Half the time, they hand you the sandwich before you can even pay for it. They don't even bother to give you a bag with napkins like every other JJs in the world does. The only reason why I still go here is because it's quick and relatively inexpensive. It's good food. It would just be appreciated if the attitude from the employees was better, and if they took the extra 10 seconds to make the accommodations of their customer's requests and put the food in a bag the store would be awesome.

The workers are very rude. If you don’t want to work and do your job that you signed up for, quit. I never make reviews for anywhere and I would call but they probably wouldn’t care anyways.

The first time It went like this. I ignored it, considering I am the one with a two-year-old daughter, but going back and seeing and experiencing it again just made me leave this review for further mothers to know you will not be helped or accommodated if you are on your own with a two-year-old at this location. Period. I don’t know why it is so hard to just be accommodating to certain situations, but apparently the teenager at the cashier stand has no clue what common courtesy is or any of them at that, I understand I could probably ask for a bag, but with a two-year-old in my hand, a fountain drink my keys, trying to scribble through money you would think they would just put the subs in a bag for me. Also why give me $.99 and change back seeing I have no hands and no pennies. My total was 2201, you couldn’t just eat the penny? Honestly, everyone might laugh at this review, but I don’t care because from not opening the door to not moving out of the way to nobody offering any type of assistance whatsoever, so I can just get the subs is hilarious to me and I will not be back .
