I was starving and stopped in here for the first time. They made a nice sandwich quickly. They reminded me I had a free side dish available. Definitely what I needed.

The first time It went like this. I ignored it, considering I am the one with a two-year-old daughter, but going back and seeing and experiencing it again just made me leave this review for further mothers to know you will not be helped or accommodated if you are on your own with a two-year-old at this location. Period. I don’t know why it is so hard to just be accommodating to certain situations, but apparently the teenager at the cashier stand has no clue what common courtesy is or any of them at that, I understand I could probably ask for a bag, but with a two-year-old in my hand, a fountain drink my keys, trying to scribble through money you would think they would just put the subs in a bag for me. Also why give me $.99 and change back seeing I have no hands and no pennies. My total was 2201, you couldn’t just eat the penny? Honestly, everyone might laugh at this review, but I don’t care because from not opening the door to not moving out of the way to nobody offering any type of assistance whatsoever, so I can just get the subs is hilarious to me and I will not be back .

Ordered on the app. Arrived 10 mins later order not ready said they were working on it. Stood there for at least 10 mins as other customers helped. Asked how much longer it would be, find out my order was done sitting on the counter not bagged not labeled. If I wouldn't have asked I would have been there all day. Terrible customer service would never go back.

Wrong sandwich was given for my online order to pick up. I wasted my whole lunch break driving to pick up the food and got back to work and couldn't eat it. I had added a tip to ther order but what's the point. When I called the store to ask for a refund they took my name and phone number to get a free sandwich on my next order. No thanks. I have been coming here for some time now and it is always inconsistent.

It's Jimmy Johns, subs so fast you'll freak. Subs are good and delivered fast, freaky fast, This one is super busy at lunch time due to the fact that there are basically no restaurants ion this highly congested business district.

If you do come to this location, come sometime between 11-3 on Saturdays. There is an employee that works this shift that goes by the name of “Snehith”. He is by far the most positive, uplifting and enthusiastic person I have ever met in my entire life. My daughter once walked into the store in a very crabby mood, had a 5 minute conversation with him, and walked out smiling. If you don’t come here for the sandwiches, come here for a conversation with him.

This is a 2nd time infraction with this location. I ask for two extra mayo packages and when I receive order never in the bag. Call Courtney (manager) and she wants to argue and tell me a situation she had at McDonald's. I'm calling Jimmy Johns about my order. Courtney the manager is very rude and no type of customer service. Not allowing me to explaining and consecutively over talking me. Will never come back this location due to her poor customer service of management!!!

I want to start off by saying I love Jimmy John's but this location is the absolute worst. I've had numerous problems on numerous locations so please save yourself the headache. Here are a few of the problems that I have encountered: 1.) Placed an online order which was accepted. I drove to the store and it was closed. When I called the next day to complain/make sure they didn't charge my card, I was told that it was my fault for not checking store hours. This order was placed at 4 pm on a Sunday... 2.) I ordered a Beach Club and when I came home, I discovered it was not made wrong so I went back to the store. When I talked to them about the order, the woman proceeded to pick apart the sub with her hands to justify the order. She ended up making me a new one but was extremely rude. Bottom line, I will continue to support Jimmy John's but I will 100% go to a different location.
