If I could rate this locations manager and customer service a zero, I would. Layla, the manager was completely and utterly rude and disrespectful when I called because my order said “delivered” when in fact it wasn’t. I called and notified them, she said the driver was off at 7pm and they had no other drivers for the night when they close at 9pm, which I feel was a lie. When I asked for a refund she was extremely rude. She had attitude from the beginning of the conversation all the way to the end of it.

Tried to order online. Said “wrong address for my house”. Called in order for 2 sandwiches delivered. Apparently my house is now out of their delivery although they’ve delivered here before. Picked up the order. “Toasted” sandwich cold and clearly not toasted. Called and was told club Llulu isn’t in toasted menu. See photo. Yes it is.

Place has let me down each and every time I’ve ordered (no problems ordering through DoorDash tho). Both times I’ve waited an hour, first time I cancelled after waiting that long and they told me their driver “got stuck at a train” LMAO. Hire children and expect childish behavior. Workers are very rude.

This was the worst service ever and the workers were insanely rude and disrespectful. I waited about 30 minutes for one singular sandwich. Keep in mind I ordered online about 15 minutes earlier. So about 45 minutes of waiting. I had to ask them politely 4 different times if they were making it and they answered each time with an attitude and one of them told me to go home and make a sandwich myself. They were laughing, giving dirty looks, being so childish and making everyone else’s order but ours. I shouldn’t have to ask someone to make my sandwich almost 10 times. Do your job!!! I will not be coming back to this place. Worst Jimmy John’s ever.

Placed an online order at 1 pm. It was out for delivery at 1:27. I am a 1/2 mile away. Did not recieve my food until 1:55. This is completely unacceptable for "freaky fast" delivery.

Terrible experience with people shouting and yelling across the store. They were throwing bread and ingredients around the shop leaving the floor disgusting. Food was good enough though.

“Freaky fast” delivery has become over an hour. You NEVER get sauces. I’ve ordered from this location several times and asked for mayo packets, but I have not had them in the bag one time. They are always missing.
