When I worked in Plymouth, used to come here once a week. Loved their chicken tenders and that’s all I got lol. I recently stopped by for 3 pcs tender, 3 pcs dark meat… the tenders were bit dry unfortunately thus was disappointed.The chicken was great, might have to switch to chickens from tenders. I love their sides - especially their coleslaw and green beans! I also love that they open at 8am, can get your fried chicken craving in for breakfast!!

If you are looking for the best fried chicken in the Plymouth area, you are looking for Lee's famous recipe chicken!! The place was super clean inside and everyone was bursting with smiles behind the counter ? I tried the extra crispy recipe and surprisingly it had a little bit of a kick of Cayenne, so be ready ? I will definitely be stopping in again in the future!

I barely leave reviews but I thought this one is important. I ordered 8-piece fried chicken (classic box) on March 3rd at the Wayne, MI location and the food looked and tasted great. The restaurant was neat and the service was fine. However, everyone who ate my order had severe symptoms of food poisoning which began an hour after food intake. I would prefer to go for a meal/day without food instead of ordering such spoiled food.While I recognize that this may be an isolated incident/incidents on a rare day, this is never acceptable. I would recommend that you inspect your ingredients carefully before cooking and selling.

The customer service is fantastic and the food comes out efficiently quick. The chicken was hot and cooked perfectly in my humble opinion although I couldn't tell much of a difference from the spices and regular chicken. The only issue I have is with some of the sides. They need some real work. We tried the mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, beans and coleslaw and they were all very lack luster in the flavor and taste dept. However, the biscuits are wonderful....delicious soft and buttery with a delicate crust on the outside and soft buttery center. The potato wedges were good as well. I can't speak on the other sides as I haven't had them but the customer service and the chicken alone is enough to me to frequent this establishment in Wayne.
