Los Tres Amigos Plymouth

Placed an order for dinner for my family over the phone. They messed our order and then when I called about it I was told I would have to bring the tacos back to prove the meal was messed up and they would remake it. And as for the chips I ordered I ordered a “4 lb” bag of chips and received a sandwich bag size of chips & was told that was the 4 lb bag. There’s no way it had more than 10 chips in it and didn’t even weigh 1 lb. When I said I didn’t want to drive back up there & wanted a refund for the chips and 1 meal that was messed up I was told that wasn’t an option and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told he was too busy. I will not be going back to Los Tres again. Zero customer service.

The restaurant was bustling and the service was excellent. Maresy was behind the bar and very attentive while attending to multiple customers and servers. Request her when you come in!

Just took my girlfriend here and let me tell you, we absolutely loved it. The food was awesome but most importantly our service was absolutely awesome. Maresy was so unbelievably patient with us as it was our first time and made us feel welcomed

I don't know what's going on with this place. It used to be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants, but last time I was here the food was kinda...sucky, and cold. I gave it another shot today maybe six months later, in case it was just an off night, and..nope. The food was really unpleasant, cold, kinda rubbery... it's like they nuked some enchiladas and put them on a plate.
The flan was even kinda..meh. I don't think I'll be back again. Maybe instead of buying robots they should invest in better food.

Food is wonderful and nowhere else can beat the 1/2 off happy hour from Monday to Friday! Hubby and I managed to spend $26 total, including 2 dinners, and 3 drinks!! BTW, the $5 margarita is delicious!! Oh, and let's not forget the robot waiter that brings your food playing Mexican songs!

Maresy was our server, she was amazing. My 7 year old son loves the fajitas and we come once a week to see her and get the fajitas.

Maresy was our server, we never had empty drinks, and she actually asked how our day was, it's these little things that will keep us coming back to this place, and hopefully running into all staff as long as they are as nice and sweet as Maresy!!🥰

I really don’t want to share how awesome this place is, because then there will be waits to get in. Once you try it, it’ll quickly become your favorite! We love seeing the same faces every time we visit. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is always delicious, and the location is excellent.
