This is a solid BBQ place. The ribs had a nice smoked flavor, and were tender. The mac and cheese was thick and cheesy, the way it ought to be. The brisket, while really tender and moist, didn't have a lot of smoked flavor to it. I'd come back to try the other items on the menu.

I always try and support local businesses in the Plymouth/Canton community. We had a very expensive experience that didn’t live up to the hype. The brisket was bland and very fatty, my wife’s ribs were over cooked and very crunch to eat, the chicken was ok as well.

The sides were nothing to write home about, the cheesy potatoes were interesting and the Mac n cheese was not good at all.

Maybe we went on a bar night, not sure.

About time I found a bbq spot that doesn’t smother the meat in bbq sauce, thank you for taking my order over the phone at the last moment and it really pairs well with football 🏈 looking forward to a season of bbq with your wonderful food…

It doesnt matter how good a place it is, when you come visit them, the attitude should be friendly. If no food left, or sold out, boy they should be happy about it and accordingly communicate it. This is not what ai experienced, but rushed out and feeling bad for showing up. So much for a Florida boy in this cute little town. Do not think it was an employee but wifey who took care of my experience.

I'm a Chef that dined here for my birthday in May. The brisket is the best I've had in MI and reminds me of Texas. The taste, texture, presentation and smoke on the brisket & ribs were perfect. The presentation & flavor of the chicken, corn and vinegar slaw were memorable. The dirty rice & salmon chowder are unique, surprising and noteworthy. The owner and his wife were extraordinary. You can tell their heart is in the food and love in every bite. My perfect meal is brisket, ribs, corn, dirty rice and slaw as a cleanser. Wish they were in my city but I'll definitely visit this couple again. Thank you for the great food and conversation.

Where do I begin? The owner told me this was 10 ounces of brisket in my sandwich. That looks to be wayyyyyyy more than 10 ounces and I am not complaining because it was delicious! There is a bottom bunsomewhere underneath all that meat Then I moved on to the meatiest baby back ribs I have ever had along with a very tasty cream corn casserole. The food here is incredible

We stopped in to try something new and found a new favorite place! The servings are large, the food is great, and the owners are friendly and helpful. Everything we tried was delicious - including the ribs, the brisket, and the dirty rice. The rice might be my favorite, but it’ll be hard to choose when we come back. And we WILL be back.

First time visit for us and very impressed with the ribs, corn casserole and mac & cheese. By far the best we’ve had in the area and we plan to come back again with the rest of our family!

Great food! Went in 5:30 PM on a Thur. Brisket was sold out (a testament to how popular it is).Ribs, pulled pork and dirty rice were all very good. The beans, and mac & cheese were also very good. Cole slaw was good, just know it is vinegar based, not creamy. ~6 tall chairs at the front window counter, multiple 4 top tables on the front deck and a community table for 10 upstairs. Will definitely be going back.

This little mom and pop BBQ place is delicious.
The Chef/Owner is almost as awesome as the General Manager/Owner. They both run a very tight ship and give you the flavors you are looking for when one says BBQ. The brisket is some of the best I’ve had and the ribs have a distinct flavor with some unique herbs and spices that truly make it pop. The smells alone call you in and set the plate for great food. I would get here early because when they sell out, it is over. Call ahead or order catering because you won’t find better around the corner. This is a Plymouth staple.
