This was my first time at this restaurant and on the outside it looks ok, however, the inside is not inviting and needs updates. Once I ordered and started to eating, the mack and cheese tasted like noodles with artificial cheese, the beans had a funny after taste and the worst part, the brisket a strand of hair. I was mortified. I usually don't experience these situations and was looking forward to giving this restaurant a chance. They did offer to make something else, however I did want to risk it again and had lost my appetite by then. They did provide a full refund.

We started out with a misunderstanding, which could happen anywhere- but I mention that because the owner handled things SO WELL which is what was so awesome about this place. He really listened to me and gave me a sincere apology, and not only made things right but went out of his way to leave us with a smile. Their brisket is absolutely amazing as well- seriously, check this place out. Great food and very genuine, kind people running the place.

Oh my God!!! Best barbecue food ever!!! Highly recommend this restaurant!!! Even my ultra picky family loved it! I ate it three days in a row until I ran out of food. Outstanding!!!!

Get a good bang for your buck here, nice sized portions. Meat was a bit tougher than preferred but still enjoyable. Sides were okay. Finance did not like the Mac and cheese at all. Friendly staff which is always appreciated.

WOW. We’ve needed a good bbq joint so desperately in this area for as long as I’ve lived here (25+ years) and this is it. The flavor and tenderness of the meat is incredible. Tried the pork during our first visit because they had already sold out of the brisket… went and got the brisket today and this is the only place I’ve been to where it’s honestly a toss up between the two, the pork is that good. The brisket just fell apart, it was wonderful. The pickles are so fresh and taste like they’re made in house, too. I can’t believe growing up here that this building used to be one of my favorite coffee spots and now I’m going there for perfectly smoked bbq but I love what’s been done and we’ll be back soon!

We used them for our catering for my husbands 60th party and I had so many people tell me how good the BBQ was and asked me where we got it from. The char on their brisket was amazing. Love their dirty rice. And the nicest people to work with! Will definitely go back!!! Thank you for everything!

Truly a hidden gem of Plymouth! I tried the pulled pork and burnt ends. They were so delicious! The baked beans were sweet and cooked just right! I recommend showing up early as they sell out quick!
