Some girl at the drive through literally HARRASED me. Shes obviously mad that she works at McDonald’s.
Service was poor. Food was what you expect from McDonald's. Not bad not that good. At least it's fast when you're in a time pinch

They often close for no reason even though they are 24 hours. Go to a different store so you don’t waste your time.

This location is generally very good at fulfilling orders as received. Sometimes they screw it up, but they will fix it when you make them aware. However, they are not truly 24hrs. They will not serve you if it is within 45 minutes of changing to breakfast. Pretty disappointing

I can’t tell you how many times my order has been messed up. I’d say 70-80% of the time I order I. The evening, my order is wrong, missing items, or not what I asked for. The last 10 times I’ve been there, I had a good experience twice.

NEVER again! HORRIBLE and DIRTY and. COLD FOOD! Took grandkids there today and we will never go there again. This was at 12 noon lunchtime on a Sunday, we are the only 4 people inside. There must be 6-7 people working there, this location has a double drive-through and there were not more than three cars in line when we pulled up. We walked in and should’ve turned around, all garbage cans were overflowing at the top! Tables had ketchup, packets, and debris on two of them and others had the number plate left on there. As we waited for our food, a couple of people came in, apparently missing items from the drive-through. As time was going on. They were so slow. I walked up to the counter and seen our food sitting there, asked if I could just take it. They said they were waiting on one drink which took another minute to get. I got our food and it was cold. I see why nobody is at this location at lunchtime because it’s filthy unmanaged with people who just truly do not care.

Unfortunately my experience at this particular McDonald's was not positive. And maybe this night is not true representation of this particular McDonald's, but on this particular evening after a very long day's work... I feel as if the drive-thru operators initial response to my app order was overly dismissive, and possibly a bit condescending after informing me that they would not be taking orders for another half hour... I kindly asked if it made a difference that my order was placed through the app, they sharply replied if I wanted to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot I was welcome to do so... So I chose to wait... And right this review...
If I come back, and have a positive experience, I'll change my review. But as for now ... I can recommend them.

Every table had either old food, or sauces or food plastered to the table… No ketchup… our order wrong. Had to have them remake a burger. Had to wipe my own table off so we could eat. Workers are yelling at each other in the back, and the only saving grace was the nuggets were lined up nicely. But overall the staff is ridiculously lazy and unprofessional

The food was fresh and tasteful. There was a line however the person taking my order rushed me and continued to cut me off. I wanted to say something to the manager but she is the manager. I worked here several years ago under Josh, Jordan and Noelle. I can say they wouldn’t allow a manager to treat customers like this. They shoved all of my food in a medium sized bag 3 sandwiches, 2 fries (1 L, 1 M) and a 10 piece nugget. I understand everywhere is short staffed but I could barely finish my sentence before she said is that all several times. I’m young so I don’t take a long time. There wasn’t an excuse for her attitude.

This McDonalds is complete trash. Im waiting in line for my entire lunchbreak because theyre constantly focusing on one line in the drive thru. I got to watch 10+ cars get their orders taken while my line in the drive thru was completely frozen. How stupid; you guys should feel ashamed at how poorly you managed to mitigate the line, and it wasnt the person in my line taking a long time to order; they simply werent being serviced. Get your act together.
