Classically, after a certain time they just neglect the drive thru. This is not a one of experience. This time instead of driving off I went inside, no one is in the kitchen, no one is at the front. Place an order, stand around for 5 minutes waiting and still no one is doing anything. I had to shout hello several times before someone decided to stop hiding in the back office. There was no one else to make an order for besides me and there was more than one person on staff. Totally unacceptable

Highly unsatisfied because almost every other time I order from this location my order is wrong. Multiple times I’ve even given the benefit of the doubt drove all the way home to find missing or wrong items. Been harassed in the drive through line by angry customers honking because I have to take an extra minute to check and make sure my order is right. Worked in a few different restaurants in the course of 5 years and I can understand that sometimes the workplace can get a-little hectic but that does not excuse the extra couple seconds it takes to make for certain that you have the right items for an order.

Worst McDonald’s, they need new staff especially window 1 lady with her McDonald’s hat upside down like a 65 yr old turning 17, her attitude matched her uniform gross and needs to be evaluated, she got mad bc I ordered a spicy Mac chicken and said no lettuce twice on accident maybe bc she was rushing! When I got home and ate it was the oldest Mc chicken they could find.

Came thru around breakfast time only got a sausage egg mc muffin and hash brown the meat patty was dried out and old not warm at all my egg was also old dried out the cheese jus slapped on their you know when you get fresh a sandwich because the cheese some what melts not mine cuz my food was old more then likely jus sitting in the warmer I’ve worked in fast food I’m not sure why it’s so hard to serve somebody fresh food atleast hot if you wouldn’t eat that why do you expect a paying customer eat that ? Oh and my hash brown was on the cold side been sitting in the warmer probably for 30 mins who knows very disappointing this location is getting really bad.
How did 5 people in the 2nd lane order before I was even greeted? Please do better

Employee walked past me, I asked politely if that was my order she turned and snapped at me when I said I didn't have my receipt to show what my number was, she pushed the tray at me and snarled. I then asked to speak with the manager her and the other employees laughed and didn't ask a manager to come speak with me. Rude atmosphere will never eat here again and I will definitely let every one know about how unprofessional this store was

Absolutely livid that every time I order something from this McDonald's the order can never be correct. Once again I place a mobile order for two large fries and a 10-piece nugget and of course they forget the 10-piece nugget. How do you forget the most important thing!!!

Did drive thru about 2 30 pm on wed 12/18.. steady cars both lines. Shake machine not working, ordered couple 5.00 meals wanting to upgrade drinks to shakes, but couldn't. Reached in bag for a couple fries soon as i was handed bag of food, they were cold?! Just got them. Drove home approx 1 mile, mcdouble sandwiches cold, as well as the chicken nuggetts, never had everything cold like this before.
