We ordered ahead for pickup, and of course, the order wasn't ready! We had to wait an additional five minutes while they readied our food. At least it was hot and fresh when we finally got it.

The food was fresh and tasteful. There was a line however the person taking my order rushed me and continued to cut me off. I wanted to say something to the manager but she is the manager. I worked here several years ago under Josh, Jordan and Noelle. I can say they wouldn’t allow a manager to treat customers like this. They shoved all of my food in a medium sized bag 3 sandwiches, 2 fries (1 L, 1 M) and a 10 piece nugget. I understand everywhere is short staffed but I could...

Did drive thru about 2 30 pm on wed 12/18.. steady cars both lines. Shake machine not working, ordered couple 5.00 meals wanting to upgrade drinks to shakes, but couldn't. Reached in bag for a couple fries soon as i was handed bag of food, they were cold?! Just got them. Drove home approx 1 mile, mcdouble sandwiches cold, as well as the chicken nuggetts, never had everything cold like this before.
