Food is good and decent portions. A little pricey but a lot better food that other fast food places. Music a little loud for my taste. I don't like having to talk over the music. Service was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Have been happy with service and food at this location for many years. However, a new hire (I would guess) needs to be trained on service to the customer. Entitled attitude, ignoring a customer at the counter after asking for a confirmation number of an online line order, then ignoring said customer (which seems to happen here more often than before) and then getting an attitude once the ignored customer gets upset, is not the way to bring in repeat customers. Staff needs to be trained that the customer always comes first and is never to be ignored regardless of online order, self order in the store or standing at the counter to order. I never did get my order by the way as the employee only cared about telling me to how to behave before I left. Highly disappointed that this behavior is acceptable for employees.

Picked up a couple of orange scones this morning.for breakfast. The flavor was ok but the texture of the scones was all wrong. They were gummy and definitely undercooked. I should have just made some at home.

I live near this Panera, and wow they have really underwhelmed me. Everytime I convince myself to go back and my experience is less than ok for the price point. Their drive thru is at least a 7 min wait. They forgot my silverware too and the food is nothing amazing. It’s not horrible but this Panera could improve for sure.

Atmosphere I can't really comment on because I went through the drive-thru. Young man at window was very polite, pleasant zero complaints there. My complaint is the food. My order was simple - one bagel toasted and cut in half with cream cheese on the side. Cream cheese was tasteless. Terrible. Only ate top half of bagel because it was burned at the edges so badly that It just wasn't worth eating. Cappuccino or however you spell it, was 3/4 full of actual coffee, the other 1/4 was foam. I ordered a regular size. No extras. I'll give this place another try, not opposed but not pleased. Step up your game. It's not hard to toast a bagel correctly or fill a cup. At least, for me it's not, different story here. Will try again hopefully they step up in there.
On a side note - I can definitely understand why they are inventing robots to do human jobs, because the younger generations are becoming increasingly stupid at an alarming rate.

Service is pretty slow, you'll wait longer than you would at a sit down restaurant for your food (has happened to me all 3 times I have gone). They seem to accept more online ordering and food app ordering than they can handle.

This Panera has to have one of THE BEST staff ever they are kind and welcoming and are truly amazing they never fail to put a smile on my face an employee who stands out speciflly to me is Michelle she remebers all her regulars name and always looks happy to be there.
