Baguettes was hard and rigid and when asked, they said that it's a day old that they give away with salads and soups, it is so sad that the biggest bread chain company trying to force their left over and unsold breads to the customers.

The service was great but the food not so much. We just got coffee and cookies but the coffee was cold and the cookies dry. I wanted to sit by the fireplace and it wasn't working. The restaurant was quite cold so we sat with our coats on the whole time.

Horrible service!! Usually I don't put a review the very first time. After consistently receiving the same crap. I had to write this review. I realize I am not alone looking at other reviews. Never get Tuesday bagels...it comes cheaper for a reason...i think they collect all the unsold bagels in a week and sell it on Tuesday!!!!! Horrible customer service! I stood in the drive-thru 15 mins and they forgot cream cheese. I had to go back in the store to get it - drive-thru is useless!!!
You order dozen bagels - you get 10 or 11 - reason for it is "they are short staffed". Idiots cannot count?? Manager is very rude, racist and never apologizes for the mistakes. She says - "do whatever you want". They know very few people check their order at the drive-thru window. MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDER AT DRIVE_THRU. THEY CHEAT ALL THE TIME!!

Michelle is amazing. She took our order and answered my questions politely with concern. As we ate our food Michelle cleared the dishes, dusted the counter and kiosk. Then she wiped off several tables. As a business I must say Michelle is a model employee and deserves a raise

Soup, salad, and sandwiches were good. On a separate issue, the men's room was passable, but my wife was extremely dissatisfied with the condition of the woman's room. This is the second time on our trip that we encountered restroom problems with a Panera's location on this trip. Fortunately, the eating areas are very clean and the food is fine. We may have to reconsider our restaurant choices in the future
