This place has fresh food made for you every order. The manager is always checking on you to make sure your food is to your satisfaction. Place was clean and they wipe down tables after people leave allowing others to sit at any table of their choice. Some of the employees were yelling back and fourth through the store and being immature. I found that to be unprofessional but other then that great place

Food is usually good. Staff have messed up order a few times just because they aren’t slowing down and reading the order…and I’m usually patient when it has to be replaced. It’s on me for not checking the quality of food before I left the store so I called to have the problem resolved and was told my order could be remade or the next time I ordered it would be replaced. I’d given my name and number to be put in the system well no surprise that when I called back to have the order replaced I wasn’t in the system. I’ll have to go to Westland going forward where I won’t feel rushed and brushed off. Not worth the frustration of doing business with staff that has no hospitality or professionalism in their work.
Thumbs down; Do not recommend

Have picked up a few subs from here. Always real fast and great service. Best part is the subs are great. Lots of ways to customize anything you want. Can't go wrong eating here!

I ordered a combination of hot and cold subs, fries, cookies and a 1/2 gallon of lemonade. The fries (outstanding and travel well), cookies and lemonade were really tasty. The sandwiches were delicious….
Will return
No matter how hard we try they can't get it right!
Always great service and as a vegetarian, I am grateful for their artichoke sub.
Omg we have never had a problem with our food before. There was so much Salt in the meat and fries we couldn't finish. Threw it all away. 41.00 wth. 5.00 for fries. ×s 2. But sub and I got the cheese steak sub. This is awful. Well chop this place off our list. Never eat there again!
There was no line but had to wait for the person behind the counter to take our order. My son told him twice that he doesn’t want everything on the sandwich so no lettuce and tomato or any other toppings just ham, cheese and mayo. He also ordered fries. Waited for sandwich to be made. Lots of confusion behind the counter. The sandwich was done but they didn’t make the fries so waited while sandwich was getting cold. They asked me to cash out so I did. I thought I was going to get my food but they told me to move so they could cash other people out. Ok. So then they finally started calling out orders. Even though my food was done and ready they served people behind me? After all this the sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes. The staff didn’t care about how long it took or that it was jacked up. So I just asked for my money back.

Love the classic Italian!
Moussa makes the best food and provides exceptionally friendly service!!
We pre ordered and waited 25 minutes - why? Because the counter employee was chatting with a friend who came for a visit. And then they gave our fries to another person and we had to wait for our fries to be cooked.
Add that to the bucket of dirty water with a dirty mop in it that made the checkout area stink and the woman handling food with a large Afro scratching her scalp over our food, means we will never be back to this location. It’s dirty and gives poor service.
The 10 mile and Novi is much better!
It seems every penn station I eat at the workers seem to be miserable and here was no exception. The workers would sigh and make comments under their breaths when customers would walk in. The older lady who I can only assume is the manager, seemed to be beyond miserable when she brought me my food. She was limping so I met her half way so she didn’t have to walk the whole way. When I asked for mayo packets she seemed like I was inconveniencing her. I walked to the opposite end to grab them so she wouldn’t have to bring them to me. Everyone was miserable and it was not a welcoming environment whatsoever.
Waited in line quite some time to make it to the register. And noticed the lady taking orders was handling food without gloves then walked away wiping her hands-on her pants, then went to the other Register to cash out an order Came back and proceeded to try to take my order.
Absolutely disgusting i let her know that we wouldn't be ordering there due to her not wearing gloves and she had something smart to say but I just walked out.
Definitely not okay to handle food and not wear gloves while touching everything else.
