I have been coming to the Plymouth pub for 18 years. Brought so many friends and is usually our always go too. Shawna always welcomes us with a smile, a hug and knows our drinks. Love when she works. The last three times we were there, she was not working. We left all three times. Tonight 4/18/26 was our last straw. I don't write reviews but wanted to let the owners know. First time were told we could not push tables together to fit our small group. (3) We are regulars and bring our family and friends all the time. We have done it tons of times. The 2nd time we walked in with just 2 of us at 11:30 on a Sat for last call and was told last call was already called and she would not let us come in. Yet the bar had people at it and a few tables. Tonight 4/18/26 we came in about 11 for just a quick night cap and a group of friends were right behind and the same waitress from the other two times walked passed us 2 x did not say hello, did not acknowledge us at all. We sat for a bit and my husband said we are out. Called are friends and we met at another bar. Very sad that we live in Plymouth and this was always our go too. I have had friends tell us they had some bad service from this same waitress. She just took care of her friends at the bar hanging with her. Very sad. But we walk into another bar that we are not regulars and get great service. Don't expect bad service from our regular place. We spend a lot of money and bring a lot of people and family. Have to think about going back now and same for our friend group. But maybe this doesn't matter to the owners.

I normally don’t write reviews. I would prefer to discuss issues with a manager or owner, but in this case I have not seen one in over 2 years. A biggest problem is the inconsistency of the food coming out of the kitchen. There are 2 cooks that I have no issue with their food. If anyone else is cooking, I will just order popcorn. I’m assuming there is no formal training, recipes, or quality check in place. Issues have been numerous from using the standard bun vs. requested bread; bread is not grilled properly as requested; inconsistent sides with a meal like missing fries, pickle/no pickle; pizza cooked on top, looks great, only to find the bottom is undercooked; inconsistent toppings on the burgers; inconsistent number of potato skins in an order; 5 or 6. Some of this could be from running out of stock; poor inventory controls and no response to fix the problem. Last Sunday (4/12) there was a new cook. So we ordered the club sandwich with grilled bread plus a side of mayonnaise. The bread was barely grilled, served alone without the fries or the side of mayonnaise as requested. The new cook was making many mistakes. Every time that Shana identified the mistake, the cook wanted her to fix it because he was busy or not his job. As this continued, the cook was getting louder and louder with every mistake to the point of yelling at Shana until everyone in the bar could hear him. Shana handled the situation like a professional and ensured the customers were served properly and promptly. She even had to throw out several apologies to the customers for his mistakes; delay in delivering the customer’s food; and his behavior. I’m glad she was there that day because it would have been a disaster. I guess the roles of a bartender has changed these days. We see it as a pleasure to see Shana working when we arrive. She is always very friendly; greets everyone with a smile; attentive of what is happening in the pub; and ensuring customers are satisfied that they want to come back. She makes it enjoyable and worth the stop. Thanks Shana for being there and going above our expectations. We appreciate it and so do many other customers.

We came in today for the first time. The incredibly nice Polish woman was amazing. Her service was great but her personality was endearing. The food was also great. But, at shift change, our server was not nice at all. She was inattentive, dismissive and condescending. I'll come back, but only during the day shift.

1st time coming on Saturday night. Has a dive bar feel but very cute. The bartender Shanna was very nice and attentive and did a great job. We will be back again!

Came in to give it a try, even though I’m not a drinker and I brought my teen son. We sat down and ordered some cokes and mozzarella sticks and chatted. This bar was a frequent hangout for my late uncle and I know they knew him in there. I asked our server, who was also the bartender and basically running the place, if she knew him, she regaled us with fond memories and told me his friend still comes in and drinks a beer to cheers him, in his memory. It touched my heart and was nice to hear her say nice things about my uncle. I got the cowboy sliders (on special for Wednesdays) and my son got a pub burger. My sliders were delicious! Very tasty. Our mozza sticks were good too, nice cheese pull! Can’t bring my littles back, but maybe for date night hubs and I will come back to get a burger. Nice place, nice neighborhood bar.
