First time coming to savvy unsure of how they are my husband ordered his burgers only ketchup thinking the cheese automatically came on them no matter what but they didn’t, no problem I go in to just get some cheese or have them remake them idk the policy so I ask for either option and I’m met with a very passive aggressive attitude from the manager telling me I ordered it no cheese specifically which was untrue we said only ketchup we didn’t mention no anything specific I understand it was our error but I came in very respectful just asking for that already owning our error, when you work in customer service you should be making moments right not turning something that could’ve been an easy kind solution into a huge passive aggressive exchange. I blocked the servers name as it was the manager on duty at this time with the attitude issue will not be returning to this location

Natalie was exceptional at describing the menu and making suggestions for our first time here. She even checked on us while we were eating to make sure we were enjoying our food and trip. The food was delicious and they played great music in the restaurant as well!

Absolutely loved it !! Food and staff attention top notch ! We ordered a box of 10 with fries and onion rings. Custard shakes were top of the world - we did pumpkin spice 👍

Savvy Sliders food tastes good. Took 25 minutes to get our dine-in order that was placed by the kiosk as no one came toward the register after we stood for nearly 2 minutes. After 10 minutes I asked for cups so that we could get our drinks. For those of us that would rather not have the bun, please offer ‘No Bun’ and maybe a fork. Thank you.

This was my first time here and not sure if I’ll be back based on customer service. The lady that took my order through drive thru was very rude. She spoke so fast I couldn’t understand anything she said and she got my whole order wrong. I didn’t even say anything when I got my food because I was ready to just leave.
