Starbucks

Sarah is awesome. The whole staff is very good under pressure. That place gets very busy. Sarah and the crew just roll with the punches and knock out drinks with hustle. Thank you Mayflower Starbucks!

It's a smaller, somewhat cozy Starbucks. The staff is nice and friendly. The kids enjoyed their cake pops.

We also ordered a pink drink, a vanilla crème, and hot matcha latte. The pink drink at Starbucks is always enjoyable. However, the matcha latte wasn't that great. They either used low quality matcha, burnt the matcha by preparing it with too hot water, or both. Either way, the matcha latte had a very pronounced bitter aftertaste.

Lastly, our youngest wanted to order her vanilla crème herself. She was nervous and didn't speak very loudly. We repeated her order but they got it wrong anyway. However, this mishap was avoidable. If a customer orders something, and you aren't 100% sure you understood them correctly (especially if it's a minor under the age of 12) double checking that you got their order right should be natural. However, in our case that didn't happen. We ended up with a sweet cream cold brew, and had to place a second order to get an actual vanilla crème (which is essentially just a fancier name for vanilla flavored warm milk).

Unpopular opinion, but personal at any coffee shop should be aware that no amount of caffeine is proven safe for kids 12 and under!

Iced coffee is 5 dollars and it’s so watery it’s like flavored water , I should’ve read the reviews before going here

Sarah was extremely rude to me while doordashing and made me wait 10 minutes for the order that was already completed while she helped everyone else. Extremely frustrating because I got flagged from doordash for the late order

I’m here all the time, the baristas and staff are all excellent. They are always so kind and say hi whenever I come in. Thank you guys!

We had stopped by the local downtown Plymouth Starbucks hoping to get a nice pink drink. The Starbucks was not particularly busy and it was a smooth ordering process. Then things took a turn when I had asked for light ice and the barista topped the drink off with extra ice. At first I thought that drink could not be mine but sure enough she said my name. I had asked if she could remake it and take some of the ice out but then she had assured me she topped it off with more coconut milk, as I watched her add more ice. The manager immediately stepped in saying she would have to use a grande scoop instead of a normal scoop for the venti which is the size I had but they never add more liquid so she's saying Im getting a grandes worth of liquid with a venti worth of ice, they change it to a grande but add more ice at the end. Then she said they would have to charge for the extra milk and juice to compensate the difference. She even admitted that even with no ice it wouldn't have been filled up all the way because of how it changes. Any other Starbucks changes the ratios when asked for light ice, not adding on more ice and then lying about it. Overall very disappointed.

Great crew! On the ball!

This Starbucks treats their doordashers horribly. I've been here several times to pick up orders and they will plop the prepared food and drinks on the counter and refuse to bag anything while they service all of the other customers and make you wait. Eventually after waiting over 15 minutes, you have to ask them to bag your order up and they treat you like a nuisance. Sometimes they will bag it and not say thank you and other times they will tell you that you have to wait even though there isn't anyone else in the store. I've been told we will get to you in a minute even when there is nobody else to help.

$8 for one drink and can’t even make it right or fill it up all the way 💔
