Apparently ice takes up half the almost $10 drink? No ice = half drink? This has never happened at ANY other Starbucks but this one in Plymouth. Last time I come here!!! Every other starbucks would have topped it off with the non fat milk that was ordered.

I asked for a cup of water which Iāve never had any trouble getting at any Starbucks location, and an employee denied my request and offered me to purchase a bottle of water. Unbelievable. Water?

The barista was very rude. Theres never a reason to raise your voice at customers for asking a question about sugar free options.

Rude staff. I walked in to get an order and she huffed: "what can I do for you I have a lot going on". Number one job at Starbucks is to create an environment that makes me want to overspend on burnt tasting heart disease
