Spending 35 minutes in a DRIVE THROUGH is absolutely insane!!!!!! I don’t care how busy you get. You’re literally stuck in there without a way to leave if the line is taking too long! Late for work cause I had an extra 30 MINUTES to get coffee next door and it still took longer than that. Out of bagels at 11am. Not worried at all about getting the line moving. Come to the window 10 minutes after placing my order at mic and I still have to sit for another 7 minutes before my drink is handed to me. No wonder Starbucks is going out of business.

The espresso machine was down and I was in need of decaf coffee. The young man came up with a pour over drink. He ground the beans and went above what he had to I felt. Thanks so much Sean!
I'd like to preface this whole thing by saying that this particular Starbucks location lives within a Kroger, and for different people, that probably means different things. For me, that means that you never really know what you're going to get as far as service and order accuracy go. If you're in a hurry this may also be a location that you want to avoid, but we'll get more into that later.
One strange thing I have noticed about this particular location is that they always seem to be out of something like a specific kind of milk or whatever that goes in specific drink. Which I find even more strange with them being located literally inside of a fully stocked grocery store that carries many of those same products.
I say all of that to say that if you choose to visit this location you may not be getting the same Starbucks experience you're used to from other stand alone locations.
I end up here because I end up doing my grocery shopping at Kroger, and the only thing worse than grocery shopping on an empty stomach is grocery shopping after your caffeine levels have been depleted. So in order to making navigating the maze of confused elders that Kroger often is, I bite the bullet and grab a coffee here.
I've also learned the hard way to avoid this location if I am in any sort of a hurry. More often than not it takes quite a while to get your drink. Partly because this place always seems busy whether it be from all of the foot traffic or because they are constantly inundated with online pick up orders (which I realize is not their fault). The other part that goes into this is that I believe most of the employees here are pretty inexperienced when it comes to working in a busy café style setting. There seems to always be new faces here, which would tell me that the turnover rate is probably quite high, and nothing puts a damper on productivity and speed than having to constantly attempt to train new employees.
I know others have mentioned that they felt the employees here were rude, but I personally have not experienced that as everyone I have dealt with has always been pretty friendly and professional.
That being said, another thing that is often 50/50 is order accuracy. I get a very simple basic drink that contains a specific type of espresso and milk, that's it. It's very easy to tell when it is made incorrectly, oftentimes by just looking at it. I know that sounds crazy but I've consumed a ton of these drinks so it's just second nature now. My point is, I've found that there is a pretty good chance my order will be incorrect here, which I also realize is probably somewhat due to what I mentioned previously, which is high turnover and inexperience.
The problem is, I don't always have the time say something and have it remade so I will often just drink whatever version they've mad me. It's never a completely different drink, but always a variation of what I am supposed to be getting, so it's really not the end of the world. It is still quite annoying though.
When all is said and done, my advice would probably be that if you're in a hurry, or short tempered, it may be best for you to avoid this location. This also goes for people who have complicated drinks that they regularly order because the likelihood of your 17 pumps of syrup (half being sugar free), special milk, with whatever 5 toppings sprinkled of top of your whipped cream is very, very likely to not come out how you're expecting it to.
Cheers!

Terrible to best describe they is the staff and coffee quality.
Horrible customer service. Devon should be more polite and listen better to customers instead of trying to correct customers. He was told the order not once, but twice, and then tried to tell the customer placing the order that they were wrong. Over 20 minutes for a drink today. Even the Kroger employees at this store were horrified by his behavior and sheer disregard for service. I would recommend that Devon be taken out of a customer facing position because he lacks any type of customer service skills.
This location needs some high level leadership.

I had a terrible experience at this Starbucks location. Devon took my order and asked me to repeat it several times. Despite repeating myself, he still got the order wrong. I ordered two drinks with specific add-ons, but he only made one without any of the requested items. When I pointed out the mistake, Devon got defensive and had a major attitude, insisting I didn’t order it that way. We waited 20 minutes for the drinks and watched him give attitude to several other customers, including a Kroger employee. The service at this location is consistently slow and unprofessional. This Starbucks desperately needs better management and leadership to keep things in check. Would not recommend!

Out of coffee, said 5 minute wait. After 10 minutes I asked for a refund and they said I had to go to Kroger customer service. smh
I hate to put bad reviews out there but this is the first time I’ve been to this location and the employees were extremely rude. Talking to eachother not even acknowledging me until I said something, then the female had such an attitude when I told her my drink order was wrong. I’ll never come back to this one :( Terrible customer service

First Starbucks I've been to recently without flies in the treat display case. My friend's matcha was a bit light.

My daughter and I went for some girl time and one of our stops was Starbucks! I forgot to grab the gentleman’s name but he was working this morning (1-6-24) and was so kind and helpful with my daughter. We wanted to make sure we gave him a shoutout for helping make a suggestion for my daughter, and going above and beyond to make her experience great!!!And his drinks were made wonderfully!!!!!

The people who work here are almost always in a terrible mood. Never make eye contact, never smile & aren’t friendly. And today this is the 2nd time it’s happened… I order my drink, walk away to do my grocery shopping & the lid of my drink reeks of whatever Bath & Body Works lotion they’ve just applied to themselves. Next time I’m not going to be so nice about it, it’s disgusting.
