Ordered a nashvegas hot chicken sandwich and a smash burger with cajun fries to go. The chicken sandwich had no sauce on it, chicken was bland, one smaller piece of chicken was not edible. Smash burger was fine, smaller than expected, and the fries had hints of cajun but may as well have been plain. Overall, for the money spent, food was not worth it.

The food was terrible. Gross. The refried beans and rice(that came with the fajitas) looked like it had been left sitting out overnight. Service was poor... we weren't acknowledged until we were getting up to leave (should have left). My first (and last) visit. It's a Poorhouse.

Cute and friendly waitresses, but food has gone down hill after name change. Simple request for well done fries was completely ignored by kitchen. I reminded bartender, she agreed on the well done order, went back to kitchen and brought out a 2nd basket of white undercooked French fries when all I wanted was a few golden brown fries, is that too much to ask? Chicken tenders used to be the best in Plymouth, but today mine came out barely cooked. The coke slaw tasted spoiled and the potato skins were a sloppily executed mess. The kitchen prioritzes fast food delivery over properly cooked food, shame, I'm not coming back.

For my birthday dinner, The Plymouth Pourhouse was chosen. It used to be Stella's, and the expectation was a casual, bar atmosphere with good food and service. However, the service was lacking. An appetizer was forgotten, and a main dish was inedible (It was burnt). A replacement was offered but never came. Another person's dinner was forgotten completely and eventually taken to go since everyone else was way beyond finished with their meal. The food quality was also disappointing. The vegetable primavera seemed to be from one of those frozen bags. The waitress's attitude was unhelpful. The waitress seemed indifferent and even rolled her eyes at one point. She would come check on our table but forget that we were missing the replacement of the burnt dinner and the missing dinner. The combination of poor service and food was a letdown. The friendly, efficient service and tasty bar food of Stella's were missed.
