Guy in the white shirt could fold my sub correctly, the location is shit now, not anyone on staff knows what they’re doing. Folded my flatbread like a damn burrito.
Go there a lot. Like there steak & cheese foot long subs.

It was an awful experience. I tried a new sub and when the young lady put too much sauce on my sandwich I tried to eat it but I truly to one bite and it was gross. I took one bite and brought the sub back in an simply asked if I could have a different sandwich. They looked my straight in the face and said no! Attitudes and terrible customer service. I won’t be back to subway. I prefer Jersey Mikes and Jimmy John’s anyway food and customer better there. Threw the sandwich in the trash like there customer service. 6/13/25 at 11:30am. Staff at this time were awful! Two ladies!

Over priced, 15 bucks for a sandwich....go to Penn station.
I've been here twice and both times they've been closed when they're supposed to be open based on their posted hours. The first time it happened somebody was actually there and refused to serve me saying they weren't open yet. Even though they're posted hours said that they should be.
Ordered off Doordash. First off, did not get double cheese despite paying for it. Second, none of the safety rules were followed for online ordering. My sandwich wasn’t wrapped properly and I could fully see it in the bag. Not the wrapping, the sandwich itself. The wrap wasn’t even stickered shut and was just loosely wrapped around my food. The bag was wide open with nothing keeping it closed
Apparently under New Management. There was a language barrier in placing my order. The bread was undercooked and portion size smaller than it was just a month ago. Then when I went to pay the sandwich went from $6.72 to $8.01.
Needless to say I will not be back.

Place is trash, tried to make up their own prices and would t honor the price on the board. Claimed prices changed then told me if I didn’t like it then I could “ have a nice day”. Lady at the counter was African American and a manager.

New Year's Day 2025 6:30 went here took them 10 minutes just to help make a 6-inch sub they messed up making it three times did a footlong then they wouldn't charge me the amount listed above on the board I demanded to pay the price listed they said nope our new price has changed and the board hasn't been updated they try to charge me $10 for a steak sub with nothing special extra added on it 6 inch! 9.80 something!!

My co-workers and I have gone here quite frequently, but since the new owners have taken over this place just is not the same. Orders are never ready on time when placed an hour+ in advance, there is visible tension between the employees in front of customers and the food quality has declined drastically. We will no longer be ordering from this location and it's a shame. It was our favorite place.

This use to be my favorite subway, I went there today to get my usual Tuna Sub, the meets where covered could not see what he was doing, when I asked him, he said new management new policy!!, the veggie section was open everything in there was almost gone, tomatoes looked old and there where few slices at the bottom, lattes looked kind of brownish, and then when the sandwiched shows up the paper jack cheese was molded as you can see in the picture, I asked him what is this he said that how paper jack cheese looks like. Beware of this place, I'm so sad to see it terming this way.

The sandwiches here are good but the service has sucked since the new owner has taken over recently. I've been coming to this subway for 2 years now and never have I ever had to wait 30mins for a samdwhich to be made and to sit there and watch the workers dance and sing along to the radio while the lobby if getting full of people waiting to order there meals. Never again will I come back to this location. Extremely disappointed ?

9/27/24 Additional Info; I want to be clear, the team who is there in the daytime is normally phenomenal. Tonight was a very bad experience. We ordered two turkey Titans. Never once have we ever had to look at what was inside of them, because they're always heavy and made the way they are described on subway®.com. The individuals working tonight intentionally skimmed on all of the ingredients. When we got home, our son brought us a sandwich that had at four pieces of turkey, Compared to the 16 that subway tells you should be on a foot-long. My eldest son only had about six or seven. Very skimpy on the vegetables. They are cheating customers.
As of late the Service seems to be rapidly declining. My family has loved this Subway for years, now something seems to be changing. There are still some good employees here who Do NOT skimp on portions, but recently some of the emoloyees seem nervous to add extra veggies (even on a veggie sub with NO veggie pattie). My wife and her friend had terrrible experiences on 2 occassions. About a week ago I was charged $7.40 for a 6 inch veggie wrap, because I ordered the low calorie Tomato Wrap. I expected to maybe pay $1 more than the $4.00 veggie sub price, but $3 extra... just for a different bread choice?? The nice young lady agreed with me that it did not make sense but the manager says whenever that bread is used the sandwhich must be the same price! I told her there's no way it should equal the price of a footlong meat sub...??? The customer next to me agreed and thought it was insane.
