They messed up our order and there’s no way to contact them by phone or in the app. Had to go back in to the restaurant.

This is the 2nd time I gotten the exact same sub from this subway and have gotten food poisoning. Something needs to change and I will not be returning to this location for a long time so I don’t risk getting sick again.

The sign says Subway is open until 9:00 pm. However at 8:40 the door was locked and the workers child was in a booth. He must have been in a hurry to leave. Really had my heart set on a sun!
Went to the store this morning to get subway for my family as our mother passed this morning. I said I needed 7 subs he was very rude and said they could only do six subs at a time. I said it was a dumb rule but I forgot my list in the car so I would be right back. I returned to the counter and he totally ignored me. He then asked if I was still wanting seven subs and I said no I can get by with six. At that point two other people came into the store. He directed his attention to them asking what subs they needed then looked back at my as he said oh the line starts over at this end. I asked him his name he said Brendan.I will red flag this store for the rude attitude this young man portrayed. Brendan you should be ashamed of yourself! I drove to the store located on Canton Center Rd where the team was extremely helpful and understand. Who ever owns the store at 15113 Sheldon Rd please check your employee for customer relations and proper empathy for others.

Door Dash delivered bag fton Subway. Brown bag unsecured with my open unsecured cookie bag. Spoke with so call Assistant Manager & very SMART MOUTH about the food handling procedures of Subway. So, handing my food over to door dash driver OPENED/UNSECURE is ok? ASSistant Manager replied, yes!UNACCEPTABLE

Restaurant is never stocked with stuff, mainly bread and they prioritize people in the store more than mobile orders, even though its ordered first, location doesnt update the app with hours as well as inventory. Multiple times I've had to cancel my order upon arriving due to it being closed or out of stock items.

The store manager Kelly gave me one of the worst lunches I have had in a long while. Though she has has been with the company 23 years her customer service is trash, her attitude is trash and she severely inconvenienced me with no accommodation s. The most outrageous thing about the whole experience is that she accused me of sabotaging my own sandwich just to waste my time and bring it back up to the store to complain. DO NOT ORDER A WRAP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE IT COLD!!They have no press to heat your wrap. They don’t tell you this ahead of time so you get ice cold meat and cheese. Then when you say you don’t want it that way they offer to scoop the toppings off to the side and heat just the meat and cheese. No offer to remake it proplerly even though I told them I don’t want it that way and will not eat it.Money wasted. I will not be back. Get better customer service. That should be a remake!Tasted horrible. I took two bites and threw it away. Literally fast food is better than this tasteless trash.

It was very backed up but Kristin kept it together and is a total sweetheart. She needs a raise because I would've lost it with that pressure and no support
