There was a fast greeting. This table had real flowers. The dishes and cups were colorful and had nice designs, giving this experience a touch of class…as well as rekindling some memories of dining at some relatives’ homes. Went here with my grandma and she loved it. I might have liked it more! Even if you don't think you like tea come here. Even it you think this isn't your kind of place, come here. In Plymouth? Come here!
Try the soup! A charming little tea shop decorated with tea cups--even on the chandeliers! The servers have always been warm and friendly, and the tea tastes great. Many items come with a cheddar muffin with dill butter (both fabulous), but my favorite are the soups. The soup is never the same twice but always amazing. Our server told us that the chef making their soups is always experimenting. They also serve a variety of scones, select pastries, and English lunches.
