They were literally out of everything all they had was Pepsi and burritos and chalupas without any lettuce or cheese . They were also out of every drink possible. The guy who takes the order was very kind but the service was so slow for there being five people working . Never ordering here again

All automation- no human contact. Kids working were just on their phones. Not one table was clean to be able to sit down at. Not sarcasm. Every table filthy. Food smeared and dried food all over the tables and floors. Drink station was filthy. Standing sticky liquid everywhere. Food was typical TB - not hot but what you expect -luke warm. Employee sleeping at tables in dining area- that another employe had to wake up. The dining room appears it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks the way it looked. Yet $22 for a couple sub par tacos and one drink. I would furious if I was the owner. Absolutely disgusting. I took pictures but can’t see a Way to upload them

This TB used to be the best in the area. Now the food is wrong almost every time. I'm going to have to switch the tb I go to. Last time the order was so wrong we called and tried to speak to the manager. We told him what happened and he said quote "you know what" and hung up the phone on us.

They can't make an order correct even though it was ordered through their app. 90% of my order was made wrong so I had to throw it away. I ended up with a 30 dollar quesadilla. This place sucks and I will never be back. I will make sure to spread the word. Might have actually ruined taco bell for me.

Their drinks and cinnamon twists taste like cleaning agents. I mentioned it before, and now tonight I came back and coincidentally their soda is fully out, absolutely no soda only lemonade and tea. Don't eat here, a health hazard.

I was a little disappointed with my drive through order. Specifically asked for mild sauce and didn't get any. Order was short 1 taco and the tostadas were so skimpy. I was so excited tostadas were back and was totally let down with how they were made. Do better Taco Bell.
