I typically enjoy this location but tonight was not great. My order was pre-ordered so there was no reason to have mishaps. My Mexican pizza was put on the bottom of the bag (I've never understood that) so it was ruined and most of my cheese was on the top of the container. My husband's chalupas were splashed about in the bag. I thought the toppings were supposed to stay on the item ordered. A bit frustrating, especially after a really long day.

I placed my order in this location, and it took more than an hour to prepare it, the staff asked me for my name and my order number gave them and only ignored me other customers arrived they made their order and immediately got it I asked another employee for help and he looked at me as if I were a weirdo, I received my order almost an hour later

This use to be one of my favorite taco bells. Today it was the worst ever! Ordered $7 deluxe box and the chicken chapula shell was over cooked and hard. The taco was broke and was not even half full. Staff needs to do a better job or I won't be back.

Worst customer service, 50 minute wait is insane and I didn’t even get to place my order because on top of the waiting they also put you on hold for 15 min when you’re at the order screen. If they are so low staffed, then they should not be open. No one has time to wait an hour for two tacos

Avoid going to this location when possible!! You get stuck in the drive through and have with no way to get out!! Multiple times now it has taken over 35 min to get through the line, when we ordered online too. Even today, at 3:00 in the afternoon! The food here is sloppy with minimal filling too. Don't waste your time.
