Weird Taco Bell. There's been pieces of melted plastic in my food multiple times. Bathroom was not in good shape. Sometimes it's way too hot, sometimes too cold, and sometimes music is blaring.

The only silver lining I found in my horrible experience at this Taco Bell was the fact that I read a ton of reviews from people that experienced the same incredibly long wait for their food as I did. And I felt unified. As you’ll find in many other reviews… this Taco Bell never fails to make you wait a minimum of 30+ min for your food… whether it’s busy or not. You won’t find slower workers anywhere in the fast food industry than this place. I put a mobile order in thinking I’d be ahead of the curb… when I arrived.. I waited an extra 40 minutes past when the app said it would be ready. The worker said they were “overstaffed” but there were at least 5 workers on shift.. but one was drinking a slushy in the dining area, and the other was on her iPhone in the kitchen. Corporate… either get a new manager for this spot or shut this place down and put it out of its misery.

Worst Taco Bell in Michigan. Sat stuck in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes with no way to get out of line if you need to leave. Extremely slow service and poorly managed. The staff moved at a snail’s pace, and there was zero urgency. This location is clearly understaffed or mismanaged — the store manager seriously needs to be replaced. I won’t be coming back.

This place just needs to close. In no universe should there be a queue of cars going back to Ann Arbor road with ZERO movement for well north of 30 minutes. Not the first time this has happened to me there either. If there's an issue with the kitchen or something, at a bare minimum let people know so they can adjust their plans... There's one literally 5 minutes away on the corner of Main and Mill, and I HIGHLY suggest you try your luck over there.
Waited in line for 30 minutes just to be told they aren’t taking orders and got stuck in line for another 30 minutes. Manager is very rude go to any tacobell but this one.
Once you’re in the drive thru you are trapped. Waited in line for 45 minutes once and thought it might be a fluke. It wasn’t. Went back and waited for 40 minutes with only 4 cars ahead of me.

Sometimes I make the mistake of going here and it costs me at least 30 minutes in the drive thru
Anytime I go here the wait is 30-45 mins even with only 1-2 cars. The few times I’ve door dashed it’s taken a hour to get things as simple as cheesy potatoes and a medium drink. Not acceptable

It's clear they prioritize Uber eats and door dash ahead of their customers.
