For the past few months every time I make a mobile order it takes 30-40 minutes even more sometimes. My orders are one combo box and I'm usually only behind 2-3 cars and yet 30-40 min PLUS. Incredibly aggravating. Either there's no one working or something else is very wrong. I never complain but it's every time I go to this location I have to wait so long and I cannot get out of the drive through lane and I already paid.

Walked into taco bell. No registers, no way to pay cash. Ordered food at 2:53. Sat at a table until 3:20 waiting on our order to be called at the counter. Other people eat and left still no order. I walked up to the counter and asked where our food was. Oh we've been calling your name. I looked at bag. Our food was done at 3:05 and sitting in the kitchen because they were to lazy to come out and announce our order. They stayed in the back and said they called our name. Now mind you we are sitting at a table (THE FIRST TABLE AWAY FROM THE COUNTER) with music on the store speakers. Where the hell did they think we went? So sit in the kitchen saying someone's name and expect them to here it in the lobby. NICE SERVICE- NOT!!

Update your times NOW, you guys lie about hours and are never even there when it says. It’s been like this 2-3 times now that I’ve wasted my time driving here. It’s been weeks and you still blatantly lie about being there in the morning.
I waited 1hr and 15 minutes stuck in the drive thru for my food . Ridiculous results and all my hard tacos were crushed . Will not be using this location, I would suggest they reduce the hours of operation. That may handle their short staffed excuses they’ve been giving for the last year since I’ve lived out here.
