why is it a dumb AI who can’t put an order in correctly and the front door is locked even in the middle of the day so you have to use the drive thru for all issues

This tacobell is dirty. Just look around as you enter. The more one looks the more they can find. That being said the lackluster rude staff will turn you off as well. Good luck

Food was done fast enough that I wasn't late coming back from lunch. It was fresh and put together well, everything where it should go.(Some have all the meat on one side or something)

As most other reviews state, expect to wait for your order and have your patience tested. Was there on a Wednesday at 7:15PM. The lobby was closed, took 40 minutes to get through the drive through. Asked what the delay was and was told they are short staffed and had 3 people on shift. While 10+ cars were in line they decided it was a good idea to have one worker cleaning the closed lobby instead of helping get orders out.

Do not expect good service at this Taco Bell. There have been days when this Taco Bell has been closed at peak times due to staffing issues. Additionally, when they are open, the service is typically poor. I just went through the drive thru and ordered to a chat bot while their menu was black & I couldn't read it. Luckily, I knew what I wanted to order. When I told the employee at the window, he seemed annoyed. I really like Taco Bell but this is the worst one I've ever been to. This is my judgement after numerous visits over years since this location opened.

this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They changed their closing times without telling anyone and now I went there and they are only accepting online orders. They’re very shortstaffed. Everyone is very mean the food is very badly prepared. I will never be going to this Taco Bell location ever again
