this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They changed their closing times without telling anyone and now I went there and they are only accepting online orders. They’re very shortstaffed. Everyone is very mean the food is very badly prepared. I will never be going to this Taco Bell location ever again

This place needs some corporate oversight. Last 3 times I have been in , it has taken over a half hour to get 12 dollars worth of food. I dont go at busy times this is entirely based on their drive thru policies. They will literally focus solely on drive thru until theres not one car then do in store orders. Go someplace else.

Incredibly slow service. Sat in the drive through without moving for 20 minutes with two cars ahead of us... how long does it take to assemble a few burritos with prepped ingredients? If you're understaffed, running terribly behind, whatever... tell the customer so they can make an informed decision. It's called fast food for a reason... if it's not fast, your entire platform is useless, and tricking people into staying and ordering is disrespectful to customers.

I wish I can give zero stars. These people are so rude and unprofessional. I wait for two orders through a third-party companies almost 40 minutes. No apologies. No nothing they treat me like an idiot. Probably the worst experience in Taco Bell so far.
