This tacobell is awesome, the crew was amazing, even though they are short staffed they took the time to make sure my order was correct. Kudos to the awesome closing crew. And let me tell you they have to deal with some pretty rude customers all the while trying to make food for other people. So thank you taco bell night crew

This Taco Bell needs to be looked at throughly by higher ups. Things need to be changed or it needs to shut down. People expect to be served decent food when they pay with their hard earned money. Instead, they serve food I wouldn’t even feed to my worst enemy. You don’t know whether the food is gonna make you sick. Also, the management must not care after many reviews say the same thing. Customer service is poor, wait times are too long and food tastes old and bad. If management doesn’t care, then why are y’all in business? My experience was just the same as other poor reviews. Y’all are supposed to be running a national chain, not a restaurant that’s just struggling to get off its feet.

I had been depressed the night before and my mom and I walked there originally heading to Starbucks. The drive through was the only option but they let us in and didn’t know how happy i was when I got my Cinnabun bites. we are going to walk over today to celebrate my BLS certification (cpr AED choking) I got yesterday! Hopefully I won’t have to use it while I’m there!

I’ve been a regular at this Taco Bell for a long time, stopping by over 100 times since it’s conveniently on my way home from work. However, I’ve noticed that there’s a consistent issue with order accuracy. Unfortunately, about 80% of the time, there’s been a mistake with my order. Big issue as I’m vegetarian.
Most recently, I ordered a Veggie Cravings Box but was given an item containing chicken, which is a significant issue due to my dietary restrictions. I returned to the store to explain the problem and requested that my items be remade. While the manager apologized and provided for a single free item coupon for my next visit, an employee behind the counter made subtle but rude remarks, suggesting they will “remember my name”.
As a loyal customer, I expect the order to be correct without having to return to the store repeatedly. I hope this Taco Bell can address its consistency issues and focus on improving customer service for a better overall experience. I’m deeply disappointed and will be contacting corporate to express this all.

This taco bell is top notch. Me and my co-workers stopped in for lunch. Everything was fresh. The manager runs a awesome crew. Lobby was spotless. Bathrooms cleaned up nice. I definitely recommend this spot.

Drove here after checking hours of operation which clearly says midnight. Pulled up to drive thru at 8:02 and they said: “sorry, we’re closed”. All too typical of this location. Stay away until the owner decides to pull it together.
