This place is very delicious. The staff member who took our order was so kind with such a sweet voice and spirit. The inside was clean and the service was fast. Even when a correction was made, everyone was patient and kind. Really enjoyed this. Thank you all for your hard work!

Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons, Employees there shouldn’t even be allowed to even work with customers especially after being flipped off and cussed out in front of the so called manager there because they did my order wrong and I asked for it to be done correctly. It’s to bad that a customer that goes there all the time would have to be treated this way.

Customer service is the worst and product quality is usually awful. I live in Plymouth and drive past this one normally because of said reasons, however I decided to give it another chance and was more disappointed and disgusted then ever before. The girl spoke like she was from the hood, grabbed my card with dirty gloves, handed me my food that should have been bagged much better then it was (doughnuts separate from other foods) then processed to hand me back my card with the dirty gloves. I'll continue going to Northville, they seem to have higher standards!

It was listed as a participant in the Special Olympics donuts. But did not have any because they chose not to carry it.

Garbage! I wouldn't visit this Tim Horton's if my life depended on it! My bagel tasted a week old and it was burnt. The manager could care less after I complained. She simply apologized and defended their food. I should've saved it and had her enjoy the crap she served me. Plus the staff are literally zombies. No "Hello, how are you, how can I help you, have a great day." The cashier annoyingly tapped her nails on the counter as I was getting change out of my purse.

This is a great Tim Hortons but unfortunately there are certain days and times when it’s just horrible (Monday and Sunday night shift) they disregard whatever you say and have an attitude for no reason. Won’t put the right amount of sugar or just give you straight black coffee. I’m hoping this review reaches to management because this place is actually good and should stay like that

I will start by saying Tim Hortons has the BEST hot chocolate ever and the peppermint hot chocolate around the holiday time is one of my favorite things ever. The doughnuts are good if they aren't already sold out. The food is not. I've gotten violently ill the 2 times in my life that I've ever ordered any lunch items here. The drive thru consistently takes forever even when there's only 1 or 2 cars in line. The staff is typically unfriendly. I pulled up to the drive thru window to pay and the girl working was literally SILENT. Like did not say one single word, didn't give me the total... No hello. Nothing. Maybe she was mute? I guess that's preferable to the miserable attitudes I usually get from the employees here.

Got food and it all tasted like chemicals and plastic? And no not because it’s fast food, Actually had to pull over and throw all the food out.

I read the reviews and should have picked another location, but I thought, “people just like to complain.”
No. It’s bad. The items themselves seem fine but the service is wildly bad. I ordered a half dozen donuts (had to explain that means 6 to the girl working) and a drink. The drink was on the promo board. The beverage was not added, so I asked at the window. They said I had to drive all the way back around because “the system won’t let them change orders at the window.” What??? You miss an item, I confirmed, as you seem confused on the speaker, then I have to drive another lap and start over? Then there was confusion by the staff as to what the promo drink was. Meanwhile, the whole crew stood and watched out the window, as I was visibly annoyed with the absurdity of the whole experience. It’s pouring rain, but there’s zero coverage for cars, so the interior of my car is soaked, and these employees remain clueless as the entire staff watches.

I love Tim Hortons, but do yourself a favor and pick another location.
