This place is very delicious. The staff member who took our order was so kind with such a sweet voice and spirit. The inside was clean and the service was fast. Even when a correction was made, everyone was patient and kind. Really enjoyed this. Thank you all for your hard work!

This is a great Tim Hortons but unfortunately there are certain days and times when it’s just horrible (Monday and Sunday night shift) they disregard whatever you say and have an attitude for no reason. Won’t put the right amount of sugar or just give you straight black coffee. I’m hoping this review reaches to management because this place is actually good and should stay like that

I read the reviews and should have picked another location, but I thought, “people just like to complain.”
No. It’s bad. The items themselves seem fine but the service is wildly bad. I ordered a half dozen donuts (had to explain that means 6 to the girl working) and a drink. The drink was on the promo board. The beverage was not added, so I asked at the window. They said I had to drive all the way back around because “the system won’t let them change orders...
