The worst. Inattentive passive aggressive teens. Zero customer service. Ordered Bahama mama BOWL. got smoothie instead. Then sat waiting another 15 min while they made orders placed after ours. Asked for refund, never got it. They asked for our reciept. We never got a reciept. The girl who took the order said we didn't get one because we didn't ask for it. WOW. You have been warned! Garbage

Slow service because management is clearly not staffing enough. Please do a better job so you can keep good staff. Also, the last few times I’ve gotten a smoothie here it’s been so chunky I literally couldn’t get it through the straw. Seems you need some new blenders…

Service is okay. Workers are not mean but they also weren't friendly/polite. Never had anybody greet me with a smile or use manners like saying please and thankyou but that's not a big deal. The issue I have is that every single time I order the jerk chicken wrap (or any wrap) there is so much sauce and so little of the other ingredients that it's basically just soup in a tortilla. I end up wasting almost $20 every time cause I toss it in the trash. Also if you see a "spa giveaway " box at this location, don't put your name and number in the box.. it's not a spa, it's just an MLM scam to try and get your contact information to harrass you in to buying Mary Kay products. Sad because this is my local tropical smoothie and that wrap has always been my go to ?

We placed an online order, walked in looked, for my order where they place it wasn't there. Stood there for 5 minutes and not one of the three people ever acknowledged me, they finished making smoothies, then they started talking to each other, still not acknowledging. I said excuses me I placed an online order, she pointed me to where they place them.. Not there, she walked over to another prep counter where they had been sitting the whole time. No apology, all she said was here. Get in the car and one of the smoothies we ordered spinach and kale, clearly did not have it since it was pink and not green from the vegetables. Everything about that visit was HORRIBLE. Will not go back and I will make sure to write a review on the Facebook community page for Canton.
This tropical smoothie cafe is conveniently located Easy parking and the store is always clean. The people are always polite and I always get a great Product. I say that because I usually get the bowl. That is my favorite #1 Acai bowl, But believe me. All the smoothies are amazing as well

I’ve come here a few times & today is the last time. Nearly a half hour for a peanut butter banana crunch thing & they’ve forgotten the honey twice on top of that. Not worth the extremely overpriced food. I’m done.
The employees here bust their butts, I’m mad at the corporation for overcharging and still leaving them understaffed.
