Waited in line with 3 cars in front of me to then be told my food wasn't ready and I needed to pull into a parking space. 45 minutes for a Dave's single. Then the foods cold. Make it make sense.
Ordered a mobile order online, after getting there 20 min after ordering we waited 15 more minutes ALONE in the drive through waiting for your food. Once we got the food, we drove away with only half of what we ordered. Food was barely edible too. I’ll be telling everyone I know to never go to this location. location on Sheldon near 5 mile is way better.

Please be kind to the workers here. The manager should be ashamed. They had one person working the counter, and this person obviously had a mental impairment (I felt so bad for her; I literally had to help her count to three using my fingers). Not the worker's fault. Naturally, we got nothing close to what we ordered on the kiosk, and it took close to a half hour. I think this place is exploiting people.

Waited for 20 minutes after ordering and didn't get any food. Afterwards, I waited for about 5 minutes to grab their attention from the front counter to ask about our order and they told us they were out.

Service is so slow I only stay in line for the drive-thru half of my visits. I've been at the order speaker long enough to post this review without someone asking for my order. 12 minutes is my limit for sitting at that speaker. No order today. They might have just close the doors.

Go somewhere else! Orders are always incorrect, and the drive thru is slow. Next time I'm just gonna starve.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to had a mobile order pick up with no other cars in line took them 45 minutes to get my order ready and the food wasn’t even hot. Didn’t even get all my order because they told me I had to wait for something and I didn’t have time to wait anymore, after that ridiculous amount

After waiting 25 minutes in line to place my order, I order a spicy chicken sandwich. After waiting another 15 minutes waiting behind 2 cars in front of me to pay and receive my order, I bit into my chicken sandwich to realize it was not the spicy version but just a plain one. OK, anyway, the bite was hard to take as the coating separated from the chicken which was paper thin ( as if air was blown in between). It was terrible!! It dawned on me that a while back I had the same problem with their chicken nuggets (as weird separation of the coating from the chicken) as if the chicken was so thin, the coating just wouldn’t stick. I always give a place 3 tries but remembered time number one was a while ago when the fries became terrible and the switch to these plastic like buns made me not go back for a long time. 3 strikes and your out Wendys! Never again.
i order the krabby patty meal cuz i hella fw spongebob yk? and it was so mid not even spongebob on the bag or nothing. Fries were colder than my ex girl’s heart. there ain’t gonna be a next time wendy’s cuz yall done ruined my experience. i still fw spongebob

Absolutely 0 ppl in the drive thru or ordering inside. Try to place an order and shoeed to a kiosk. Can't make adjustments to order via kiosk. I just left. Worst customer experience, not gonna beg them to take my money.

Spent my whole lunch in the lobby that management refused to take any orders! Trying to set up a damn app to place an online order. Missed my whole 30minute lunch. So now I’m going to starve the next 5 hours! So inconsiderate!
