Just shut this place back down because they can't even get an order right. Saw that they were advertising Son of Baconators for $3. I got home and unwrapped it and it was so full of ketchup and mayonnaise it was absolutely ridiculous. It was pretty cool that they put half of one piece of bacon on the son of baconator sandwich. Thanks guys! Get wrecked.

I know that a lot of people hate their job and let’s be real, no likes to work, but can you guys tell your drive-through people to acknowledge the customers when they’re handing them their food or change? It’s so incredibly rude for employees to just hand you the food and not say one word and close the window on you. Hate to complain about something so stupid, but that type of behavior from employees makes me go out of my way to other locations

Drink station in lobby was all carbon water or syrup. So no drinks we paid for. My husband's burger was a double they gave him a single. My daughters kids meal chees burger felt and looked like it had been sitting around all day, but hard, ketchup soaked in and not even on the burger any more. Management was up set that both items were returned. Particularly the kids meal burger. He remade it with so much ketchup I had to scrape it off so my 2 year old could eat it with a huge mess. I could understand if they were busy or something but literally like 10 customers if that passed through while we were there. All they did was loudly talk in the back.

I ordered a hamburger with Catsup, mustard, pickles and extra onion. I got a cheeseburger with 1 piece of onion. It was a .eal the French fries were cold n I t even a little warm. My Coca cola had the after taste of lemon. Check your stuff before you leave. I will NEVER go there again!

This is how I received my breakfast burrito half tortilla missing not ripped straight up missing nothing but exposed insides try to eat but just falls apart great service to old lady didn't give a care whatsoever act like being there early to serve breakfast is a burden for her id recommend going eltse where but should have known as place was empty for a reason

People that are prepping the food was touching all of the equipment and not changing gloves then going back and preparing food. Manager is rude. People walked out because they could pay at the front counter

The customer service in this establishment was unacceptable. The cashier yelling across the store to use the kiosk machine to process order. Three customers walked out the restaurant after waiting in line 10-15 minutes. The cashier was upset when I told her before paying that I cannot have tomatoes on my salad. Then she stated the salads are premade. Ok, so can I have the apple pecan salad, I was willing to pay the difference. As I was leaving the restaurant I hear cashier talking about me to the other employees. When I arrived at the office, I called the restaurant on three different times and nobody answering the phone. Finally, on the fourth called SOMEBODY answered the phone. I was instructed to call the manager back at 4 PM. Called back at 4 PM; 4:25 PM; 4:26 PM and finally 4:29 PM the phone was answered. Asked for
Victor the GM. As I'm explaining Victor interrupt TALKING very loud in the phone. What do you want me to do with a week-old employee. Unbelievable. Train your staff on customer service. Asked for corporate number and Victor told me to get it off the internet.

NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
