The Sheldon Road location has been killing it lately. All of the food has been on point: tenders were crispy, burger was fresh and well seasoned, and the chili was great as usual. This stuff tasted like Wendy herself made it.

R.A.P Truth

Staff was very rude, out of everything, fries were cold, not one staff member was wearing gloves and burgers were just slapped together. I threw my food away because the poor food service of not wearing gloves.

Absolutely terrible! Only 1 kiosk worked. No ice in pop machine, and it was an inconvenience to them when i asked for ice from the back. Stood there for at least 15 mins waiting for my food. Food was cold when I finally got it.

Came through during lunch the wait wasn’t long at all faster then I expected I was in and out I’m glad to see this location has improved with speed and food was hot as well i definitely will be back to try the new snickerdoodle frosty !

I’M DONE WITH THIS WENDYS!! EVERY TIME I COME HERE THE EMPLOYEES ARE SO RUDE! SOUND ANNOYED AT THE SPEAKER, THEY DONT SAY ONE WORD AT THE WINDOW JUST SHOVE YOUR ORDER IN YOUR FACE! I SAY THANK YOU EVERY TIME AND GET NO RESPONSE EVER!! OH EXCEPT THE TIME I ASKED FOR THE STRAW THEY FORGOT AND I GOT AN ATTITUDE FROM THEM AND A “IM PRETTY SURE ITS IN THE BAG.” NO ITS NOT AND WHY DO I HAVE TO ARGUE OVER A STRAW?! JUST CLOSE THIS PLACE ALREADY.

I just now walk up at 5:45 pm and they are closing because “they shut down the WiFi and can’t take orders”. At rush hour?? Not coming here again.

So me and my dad went went in to Oder food I get to the register and start to order and I asked if she had any chill she looked at me like she was all zombied out on some drug and I asked for mg cookie and she is talking so low and I asked her what did you say hun I couldn’t hear you and she didn’t reply and handed me my cookie also to top it off my food was tossed in the bag my chilli was laying on its side and i seen my dad go to order and she is all happy to go lucky like she was flirting with Every man that was coming in and giving them respect but for the women she didn’t care for!!! Wish I got her name I would put her on blast rn they deserve no stars at all I would take that place down if I was the owner

Worst experience we have ever had at a Wendy’s. The staff was rude and gave us attitude when we asked for the correct drink that we had ordered with our sons lunch. They were visibly annoyed that they had to make coffee, stating that “breakfast was over”. Mind you it was barely noon on a Sunday. While we were eating the manager locked the doors so no one else could entered the lobby, several people tried to come in and get lunch and ended up leaving. Another customer let someone in and the manager came out to make sure the doors were locked and said to all the customers sitting and eating “don’t open my doors again”. This was an awful experience and we couldn’t get out fast enough but we had to wait for the coffee we ordered. On top of all that the entire floor was sticky and in the women’s bathroom there was a toilet brush and plunger laying on the floor in the stall.

The service was fast,however the customer service we received from the host and cashier from Ejemen was surprisingly terrible. She was very rude, unprofessional and unfriendly. She did not ask how she could help us, no smile but a blank stare. As a matter of fact the customer initiated the order. I've never seen such blantant disrespect with unprofessionalism. She wasn't pleasant at all. Her attitude was deplorable! I've been to many Wendy's restaurant with people who like their jobs.
As a matter of fact as we entered the restaurant we could see that other employees seemed to be asleep in the back. I should have suspected something because on a Saturday evening, there was not a soul in the restaurant dinning room or drive through.
She is not an asset to the Wendy's as I know it. FyI

Disgusting. Employees touch their ear buds in their ears and touch your food, and than takes off gloves and makes your food without gloves. Smells like weed inside. Bad attitude, cussing out loud and getting mad at customers. Listened to this one guy waiting for his food and they talking mad shit about telling him to wait when he’s been waiting a long time. How disgusting, other employee sagging their pants and walking slow like they don’t care about the people in line waiting

Went here today at 5:45 p.m.walked in the manager? Or whoever he was i said hello to him he said nothing back, he then said something to a female worker who was walking around eating, tha male worker walked around the corner so we couldn't see him, the female worker followed the male manager to the back room and never came back out with her, so we waited just one minute, we left, this is why it's never busy here. We went to Wendy's on Ford rd and Lilly and had great service. That is our new Wendy's...
