DO NOT COME HERE FOR FAST FOOD! The wait time is that of a gourmet restaurant. I saw 7 cars leave the drive thru. I came here for lunch since I happen to be in the area and was shocked that at 12pm noon they are taking 20 mins per vehicle. It's lunch time for most people and this place does not believe in helping patrons move quickly to get back to their office. I've been waiting now for 34 mins.

I went here to get lunch today, thank goodness I flipped my sandwich over. Mold on my bun. I took it back to the restaurant. And they did refund my money, however. Gross.

It’s super refreshing to come into a fast food establishment when the cleanliness is impeccable. The staff was working was absolutely friendly. I hope the franchise owner happens to see this and lets everybody know what a great job they do.

I must say I was shocked and impressed with the Bergen good job Arby's keep up the good work
They need to update their drive-through technology. Impossible to hear the order taker and can't confirm the order is correct on the archaic menu board and speaker.
