The donuts were great. Probably the best cake donuts I have ever eaten. The flavor was delicious, and the freshness was surreal. This place I recommend to any real donut aficionado.

A donut worth waiting for! We stopped at 9:30 after hockey practice and waited for about 10 mins to order a dozen assorted and amazing donuts. A new after skate tradition!

I've been here a couple of times. It's a small gem on Woodward Ave across from M1 concourse. They have a great selection of donuts. It's a very popular spot so get in there, make your decision, pay, then get out of the way. There are a few chairs to sit and eat your donuts and drink your coffee but I would recommend getting it to go. It's just too busy in there to really enjoy it. It's fast pace and loud environment. I can't wait to go back and try more items on the menu.

Avons needs to do better about like saying when they are sold out online or something just drove over an hour to get some of what I’ve heard are the best donuts in Michigan. But arriving at 9:15 am when it says open until 1 pm super disappointing. I get that them being sold out is a testament to the donuts and how good they are. I know I’m just inconvenienced and a little frustrated. But 2 hours driving for no donuts is a little brutal.

I happened to be in the area on paczki day. The shelves were bare, but they were making the delicious pastry as fast as they could. The store is the size of a shoebox and the parking is minimal, but you go there to takeout. I've been here many times in the past, and the donuts are the best around! The employees were pleasant and cheerful despite the huge demand on that day.

$45 a dz for paczki and I bought 3.5 dz. I don't mind paying this if the product is excellent like it was last year, but this year I was disappointed. These had half the filling they had last year and you could feel it as soon as you picked one up. I take them to my job every year and everyone said they weren't the same. For the price ($168) I expect the best and they just weren't.

Best donuts around. Worth the trip. Fast, friendly service. Traditional donuts and some creative new favorites. I like that it's a small business, too. Weekday's sell-out quickly so get there early. Fresh coffee always. Counter usually has regulars visiting. Small parking lot & small-ish shop. Try it!
