I ordered the turkey ice cream cake for thanksgiving two weeks ago to be picked up today, the day before thanksgiving. When I went to pick up they did not have any available. I showed them the order number and they said they would contact a manager. They took contact info and didn't call me. I called them two hours later and he said he didn't have any available and that he couldnt refund and that I should figure it out online. They only had two people working and obviously overwhelmed with orders. I am not sure where to place blame but I am not happy with the customer service and fingers crossed I get my money back

Very rude staff. Very very unprofessional. 4/14/24, 2.30PM. 2 guys.Menu lists kids scoop but they refused to serve saying there is no kids size cup, usually kids size scoop is served in regular cup or cone.Very disorganized with billing and service.

Hi all, may be this review helps people to choose this store or notI went through drive thru couple of times , every time there is something wrong. Today when we went to get ice cream. When we asked some flavor's, the drive thru person was saying we don't have it, and when we asked what flavor's you have, her reply was “we have 24 flavor's come inside and check”. Then whats the point of drive thru. Just close drive thru if you have problem in mentioning what you have.

Definitely not recommend this store! Ordered a birthday cake beforehand, when I got to the store, they just told me over the drive thru they didn’t make it and just sent me away. This is so unprofessional and horrible.
Definitely not open until 8pm. Got here at 7:10 and no one was here, so not even sure about until 7 either. :(

Absolutely AWFUL customer service! Were rude to me on the phone AND my doordash driver who was there to pick my order up!!! I ordered a drink and an ice cream scoop with some toppings and just because they didn't have some of the toppings I requested, they OUTRIGHT REFUSED to make my WHOLE ORDER and told me it was MY PROBLEM and that I had to cancel my order!!!My dasher was kind enough to swing around again and ask them to make my order but with no toppings then and THEY STILL REFUSED!I had to call DD, cancel my order, they refunded me, I had to order again with NO TOPPINGS, and I called the store to confirm they received my order and the lady on the phone with me was OVERLY rude and HUNG UP ON ME!!!They weren't even busy either! My dasher specifically states that there wasn't anyone in line or customers inside!
