Birrieria el Zacatecano

My boyfriend and I tried it for the first time today. My veggie only burrito bowl was a little skimpy. Wish they had grilled veggies. My boyfriend however, said it was the best quesadilla he’s ever had!!! Ground beef and chorizo. Will be going again.

I haven’t even tried the food yet as I’m waiting for my order, but the customer service was already a big disappointment. I ordered three quesabirrias, and instead of just taking my order as I asked, they called it a “combo.” Normally, a combo includes rice and beans, but here, it’s just the quesabirrias. That’s fine, but why add unnecessary wording that only confuses both the customer and the staff causingg frustration for themselves? Instead of just giving me what I’m asking for. To make things worse, I was speaking Spanish—their first language so there was no language barrier, just poor communication on their end. As I was still trying to clarify my order, the guy taking it just walked away mid-conversation. Then, another worker came, threw away the original order, and started over. For it to only look the same. It flat-out rude, you don’t leave someone hanging and turn your back around while their talking. Mind you this is an adult man I’m talking to, not a teen. Good food or not, bad service leaves a bad taste. First impressions matter, and this one was not it. (Macomb Hall road location)

This is the best Mexican food around. So so delicious and flavorful. Worth every penny!

Decided order the birria pizza for dinner was a little worried being my husband and son are picky but nope not one complaint and we just finished dinner and it was a success I really like it too will be ordering again had my eye on it for a while I’m glad I ordered it

Outstanding food truck. Pack some patience, because everything these guys cooked were to order. But it's completely worth the wait.
Had the quesabirria combo (got 3 different meat tacos)
chicken burrito, shredded beef quesadilla and a lamb quesadilla.
All items were fresh and cooked perfectly. Fresh ingredients. All my guests enjoyed their meals. I would recommend and repeat

amazing birria! nice complexity in the broth! I feel like the Latino community has hidden birria from the rest of us, and it is the ultimate comfort food. I ❤️ it!

They were scheduled to show up as the sole food truck at a neighborhood event, and they didn't show. They also didn't answer phone calls.

We had them out for a party at our house and they were on time, food was excellent & served quick. Thanks again!

The tacos here are pretty decent and stuffed all the way to the top. The only thing I didn't like was that I was charged for the tajin seasoning.

We just used them for a Grad party over the weekend and I highly recommend them for your next party.
What I like about them:
- on time
- good tasty food. All our guests love their tacos
- friendly service. They even helped us to serve only party guests since we hosted our party in a public park.
- very reasonable pricing.
The presence of a taco truck certainly was a highlight of our party.

Writing this while lying down in a near-comatose state, reveling in birria bliss. I almost didn't want to eat my last taco bc I just wasn't ready for it to be over, still I went a lil feral in my last bite and almost bit my own fingers. Worth every penny.
