This was a great spot but unfortunately there closed now, although it’s not listed as closed on the website. I don’t know if it is temporarily or not, therefore for the sake of gas and time waisted please call first.

I would have loved to be able to give a decent review had it actually been open like the hours on the door and online info states it is. Visiting from PA, seemed like a nice spot but they looked completely closed. Probably a good idea to update the info as it seemed very much closed, on a Tuesday.

Went once food was great, went a second time on a Saturday around 1pm and while google hours said it was open it was closed.

Made reservations via phone 2 weeks prior to 4/12/25 for 15 people at 5:30p for my birthday. Arrived at the designated time with 15 people and NOT ONE PERSON WAS IN THE RESTAURANT. No servers, managers, patrons, not a soul. Ironically, the door was ajar. We called on the phone, no answer. Walked to the middle of a COMPLETELY EMPTY RESTAURANT and yelled “Hello”. We walked to nearby businesses and THEY ALL stated that dozens of people showed up throughout the day, furious at the scene. Luckily, Fillmore Brewery directly across the street took pity on us (they too had been asked multiple times) and seated us with no wait time. I’ll post an update if I ever receive any answers (excuses) for the situation.

Unprofessional and unorganized. I've wasted so much gas,time and miles trying to support this business. But someone needs to seriously adjust their business hours and days of service. It's currently 8pm on Friday 3/21/25 I tried calling in my order but no one answered, I drove to the establishment after double checking that they were open via google and to my surprise no one is here and the doors are locked. WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS AND DAYS OF OPERATION? Smh according to your establishment door it says open til 10pm according to Google your open til 9pm... and yet your closed today at before 8pm. Today is 4-3-25 the music was so loud they didn't notice or react to my presence walking in, I waited 7 minutes dialing the restaurant while inside the restaurant but maybe they couldn't hear the phone due to the loud music. Overall Unprofessional African American Ran Business PERIOD!
Had a Great Visit today, Ashia was sweet and attentive. Food was on point we ordered the Po’Boy and Seafood omelette. Both items were seasoned well and the portions were worth the price. We will definitely make Biscuits and Bourbon a place we frequent!

The fish and grits were absolutely delish and that's coming from someone who isn't a grits fan. This dish was made with love, you can tell. I was in town for the open mic event, and that was fun as well! I'll return to this establishment again if I'm ever in the area.
Side note - As far as negative reviews for slow service - That wasn't my experience but generally speaking, I think we all can stand to a bit more patient these days. Strike up a conversation with a patron sitting next to you, and enjoy the vibes. Life goes fast, find gratitude in the moment. :)
