Just left from picking up my mobile order. I usually go through the drive thru but I ordered during the lunch rush which made the line long so I waited inside. Everybody there is so nice and helpful and I really didn’t have to wait long.

Ordered a whopper jr and medium fries with ketchup. I got a Luke warm full size whopper and small fries, no ketchup. Ridiculous, guess it's the reason there are no other customers at dinner time 🤮

Never has it together. Ordered one thing and they ask me to pull up. Happens every single time. Terrible management here. Shouldn’t be that hard to manage a drive thru line to the point you have to pull a car around for 1 burger plain. Absolutely wild.
