I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts inside the United Wholesale Mortgage campus while there for training. I ordered a pumpkin latte with almond milk, as I have a dairy allergy. The drink came with whipped cream, which I didn’t expect. When I kindly explained that I couldn’t have whipped cream due to my allergy, the employee argued with me and insisted I pay for a new drink. Normally, when I order with almond milk, I’m asked about whipped cream, especially since it involves an allergy.
Eventually, the employee remade the drink, but it was done maliciously with full dairy milk. After just a couple of sips, I became extremely sick and had to leave the training early. I filled out the survey on my receipt to inform Dunkin’ Donuts of the situation, but their response was dismissive, essentially calling me a liar and offering no apology or resolution.
What I don’t understand most of all is why the staff was so rude and unkind. Food allergies are serious, and the symptoms are unmistakable. It’s disappointing not only to be treated this way but also to see that Dunkin’ Donuts failed to take accountability.

Great place. For morning Treats before work, but you must go early in the morning! It's a good experience�

I went there twice in one day to buy a large amount of coffee and donuts for people were doing community work the poor, putting up Christmas lights. I told the clerk to add my newspaper to the bill. No problem right? Went back a few mornings later, and some employee whom I've never interacted with said, "that's the guy who stole the newspaper ". I was dumbfounded. If they didn't charge me, I'm not in the habit of checking receipts of over $70 for a $1 newspaper. She called me a liar and a thief in front of everyone, including her boss, who seemed powerless to contain her.
I called dunkin's corporate office to lodge a formal complaint, and was promised someone would respond to my complaint within a week. That was approximately 2 1/2weeks ago, no response. So not only was the service terrible at this location, the response on the corporate level was unsatisfactory.
Notice how there are no positive reviews written about this location. That is no accident.
