Today was the second time that I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked.

The staff had no problem for filling all the orders to show their computer system that orders were fulfilled, but would not allow anyone inside to actually pick up their order and advised all the pick up customers to join the very long drive-thru line (around building and to Opdyke).

Online ordering is supposed to be convenient supposed to make it a quick and easy pick up.

While I was just waiting for breakfast for my children. Another gentleman was doing a DoorDash and had to cancel the order which resulted in him canceling himself getting paid for that order.

The staff, including the owner, did not care that it was affecting other people‘s time and money. Zero apology. Just excuses. They just cared that they were getting too many orders in a short period of time that they wanted to fulfill.

Doesn’t make a lot of sense if those orders can’t be picked up due to doors being locked. I had to continue to bang on the door before they would open and they kept saying they couldn’t keep up with the orders coming in.

They had FIVE employees inside and had ~10 pick up orders on the counter. Make it make sense. Unfortunately, my kids love our tradition of donut Friday and this location is right by our home. Most likely will not return due to the lack of care for customers.

Their phone number doesn’t work. Dunkin help says call the store. I’d love to that but they don’t have a working number…… need a refund and my only options from Dunkin help was 600 points or call the store. I didn’t accept that because I had a much larger order than $6.

Everytime I come here the like is wrapped around the building, my coffee has been made wrong 3 days in a row now. I’m getting a cup of milk! I even asked for it to be remade when I tasted it at the window, and they added a pump of flavor and gave it back to me. Nobody is following the proper measurements for iced lattes because there is no way my whole coffee taste like milk & sugar.

Love this place! The customer service is always great, my order is never wrong and it’s always prepared correctly! I like that they know who I am when I arrive, and that my order is always ready. I never have to wait long. Would and have already recommended this location to others.

The reviews speak for themselves, nasty attitude, don't listen to the customer when I said cream cheese on the side more than once, waited about ten minutes for a bagel that had cream cheese on it when I dont want someone else putting it on my bagel. I would never return to this dunkin donuts, just awful. Get a new intercom and hire AI to take orders and make my food thank you. The iced coffee was burnt as well.

Aweful customer experience. Always out of basic types of donuts before 10 am. The city girls working there are very rude to their customers. As I was voicing my displeasure at the drive- they were all cackling and telling me bye bye over and over again. I couldn't help but laugh while the Indian owner stood there and let them cackle.

I wish I could leave zero stars. This was my first and last time ordering from this location. I ordered avocado toast with bacon in the drive-through, and there was no bacon on it. Me assuming it wasn’t that big of a deal, I thought if I went inside and let someone know they would just fix it, and they did…but when I was handed the toast back, the guy told me “you didn’t even pay for this, you weren’t rang up for bacon.” Only thing I said was “I did pay for it, I was rang up in the drive through and I ordered bacon.” Before he could respond a lady said “don’t argue with him and get out of here-go.” And so I did-just go…I wasn’t given a receipt but will post a picture of the ticket clearly stating “Aco&Crmble Bcn tst” bcn toast as in Bacon toast that I ordered. I came here for a peaceful meal while doing school-but instead was met with verbal hostility. I was kind and they wanted to argue with me and kick me out without letting me have and conversation. I did not feel safe to stay their and do school and I won’t be returning.

Good size portions on most items

Kid-friendliness: They're not horrible but they take FOREVER to come to the window so if you have any last minute requests you better hope you say it at the speaker. Also always takes way too long for a few drinks even when they aren't busy.
