One of the neighbor gems. Food very good. Customer service on point. It is a great place for food conversation with locals . Most people carryout my crew of 5 dined in. Everyone was shocked because everyone carries out. But I like hot fresh food . I like to sit and have conversation as we break bread ? together. Which brings my only point remover. Would be nice to have larger dining area but it is not a deal breaker.The chicken gizzard are very good. And look out for their daily specials. All in all if in the area stop by for a meal carryout if you must.

Katrina at the counter is delightful and the people doing the cooking...wow. Chess cake! Masterpiece! And the two chili cheese burger lunch special with fries and a can of soda is a GREAT deal, not to mention delicious. There are tables to eat in but most get it to go. And I usually drive to one of the nearby riverside parks for a little picnic.
