The place was a little dirty in the lobby. I ordered wings and shrimp. They were each cooked very well, but not seasoned. The shrimp came with bread in the container, the bread cave with bread in the container and then they have me 2 additional sniffer of bread. I was confused. Why so much? I had yams and macaroni and cheese as sides. The mac was good, but needed salt and pepper. The yams were stringy and very mushy. I could only eat then with a spoon. I tried it, but I was disappointed.
Every August we make sure we visit the Elam Brothers restaurant during the Woodward cruise. The food is very tastful and fresly cooked. It reminds me of a good home cooked meal. See you next time.
Like Grandma and Mom's Sunday dinner. Keep up the nice work! One complaint: please figure out how to remove the calories from your pound cake. It's da bomb and I'm addicted!?
