The food is pretty good. But delivery they say up to 40 minutes and this is my second time doing delivery both times they were over an hour wait. By time i recieved my food it's cold and I have to reheat it. Wish the delivery window was accurate timing.

U SUCK 1 tarter sauce for 5 pieces of catfish REALLY!!! I have a DAIRY allergy no double fries instead of bread w/ butter!!! Customer Service hello??? I am Ur customer!!! Don't waste Ur time or Money!!! Minus 20 stars learn Customer skills people. Ur suppose 2 give customers Service.
Someone is not completely emptying out the fry basket. I order happy wings combo with fries and there were old, hard, refried french fries in my order. Half of my fries were hard and black. I went the next day to let the woman Brittany know and she offered me a free small fry to make good on my bad experience. And the exact same thing happened. There were old refried french fries again in my order. I went up there again because I do like the happy wings. The man who was at the counter mentioned he was the manager. When I told him what happened to me twice he dismissed my claims and said that never happened.

Worst rib tips I have had, I asked them to put extra sauce on them, the sauce was just thrown on them it wasn’t baked on and it was mostly gristle hardly any meat and the meat on there was tough and they forgot my bread.
