Terrible service. After we sat down our waitress served another table, literally next to ours, their drinks and finally brought us menus after 20 minutes of actively ignoring us. On a Saturday night, we asked for their signature kegger burger and we were told they don't offer those. Won't be back, I'd hate to bother them again.

As the only human on the planet that just can't do potatoes...it was quite disheartening to see all but one item with potatoe listed. Beer was good and cold. Service was IMO kind of slow.

Went for the first time yesterday and was impressed by how delicious my burger (classic) was. Sweet potato fries were made perfectly and were delicious too. My friend said the same thing about his burger (southern fried pickle) and fries (standard). They have about a dozen specialty burger choices, about a 1/2 dozen chicken sandwich choices & lots of appetizers. Besides all of that, the draft beer choices were plenty and offered various & some unique choices (we were told they rotate regularly, which I love). And bottle/can choices were plentiful too. Honestly, alot of thought went into this establishment & it's obvious. Very friendly server as well. I haven't been to Pontiac in a while, but I will come back here because there's soooo much I want to try.

First off, I don't post reviews unless something pisses me off or is OUTSTANDING. BUT, this is one of the top straight up 1/2lb med-rare cheeseburgers. I had to have a 2nd one to see if it was a fluke. It wasn't, 2nd was just as good as the first. I seek out 1/2lb cheeseburgers every time I visit a new city. How did I not know about this place only 3 miles from home! Our bartender was nice, quite helpful and attentive to boot.

I had chicken fingers instead of a signature burger but they were great. next time I will definitely try a burger. I accidentally left my credit card at the bar and sent a facebook message on their facebook page the next day and the owner promptly responded to let me know that the card was found and was locked in the safe until I come to get it. So kind of management to reply to my message on EASTER SUNDAY to let me know. I don't think there is any better display of customer appreciation than that. This customer appreciates them right back and definitely enthusiastically recommends them.
