I ordered ahead on the app 10 minutes in advance and when I got there they said it would be another 12-15 minutes. So I waited in the lobby for actually 20 minutes while one singular customer came through the drive thru and two of the three employees stood around doing absolutely nothing for 95% of the time I was there. One of the three drinks was wrong and we didn’t get the mashed potatoes we ordered and paid for. And somehow the food was still cold. What a waste of time and money.

Slowest KFC I’ve ever been to. Never accept an offer to here ever you’ll waste 25 minutes you’ll never get back.
Whoever the lady that was in the drive through had a stank attitude and made my order wrong. This is a disgrace

It's actually kinda impressive how not only will you have to wait an extra 20 mins in the lobby for your order every time, but when you get it, the food will still be cold and obviously something cooked long before you ordered it. You'd think either one or the other would be possible, but this location goes the extra mile to make sure you go elsewhere next time. Lobby was clean though.

Food was absolutely Terrible I actually still have it 3 days later cause I couldn't eat it on day one cause the chicken was so old it wouldn't come apart so not again will I ever eat here

Terrible. Long waits. Cold food. Expect to wait over 10 mins for someone to even take your order. Don’t even think about grabbing dinner for your family these ppl could care less. Take your time and drive out a bit further.

It would've been nice to rate the food, had I been able to get any. 12/10/24 around @9:40 I decided to go through the drive thru. The girl tells me doordash only, I say ok and proceed to make an online order. I drive back to the window @9:50 and I tell her Ive placed the order online. She scoffs and then cancels my order right in my face and replies "yea its cancelled". Zero hospitality and a bad look for your people inside the workplace. If you don't want to work just say that so people can go about their day. Pure laziness will never get you far in life.

By far worst KFC I’ve ever been to! We ordered ahead food quoted to be ready by 12:45 didn’t get our food till 12:59. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Every little request felt like a bother. I would’ve understood if they had been busy but there was literally no one else in the restaurant who was waiting on an order. Drive through wasn’t even full. Staff was just in their phones in the back. Never again. Food was just thrown in box and fries spread everywhere. SMH

I’m am totally disappointed in this location and will not be visiting again. I placed an order in the drive thru and was told there was no dark meat which was fine I wanted white meat. After paying for my order and told to pull up by the door for them to bring my order out, the young lady came out and informed me that they now do not have white meat. She then tells me she can not give my money back after I request and also could not give me a written statement they they could not fulfill the order that I paid for and would not give me a name for the manager. This is totally unacceptable and poor customer service.
