Ordered a pizza online around 10:15 am, recieved a receipt with tracking order. Got a message saying the pizza is ready. Get to the store and they are closed, they don't open til 11am and no pizzas were in the portal. Nobody was in the store. Crooked thieves I need my refund, never ordering from here again

I ordered delivery from here twice and both orders had issues:
The first time, I made it very clear that I wanted a cheese pizza with no additional toppings. What did I find upon delivery? The whole thing was covered in pepperoni, which cannot eat because it contains pork. The tag on the box had my name on it, so I am certain that I did not get the wrong one. The slip-up almost felt intentional, as if I was being mocked due to my religion. I sent feedback to this location and still have not heard back from them yet.
The second time was tonight. They got my pizza right, but they did not include my 20oz beverage. Even the DoorDasher was surprised.
I will never order from this location again. I can understand messing up an order once, but when you mess it up twice, then it becomes your problem. You just lost a customer.

Decent, but when they forget something no one can help. I'm starting to think the cheesy puffs don't exist. I've paid for them two times and never saw one. Can't ever actually reach a single person

Ordered on the app at 10:55 am. They said it was ready and in the pick up portal at 11:12 am but she didn't bring it out until 11:23am. I understand being busy but don't lie to me and tell me a time some of us are on time constraints

The quality of this place has really fallen off, to many times I have gotten under cooked pizza, an extremely old pizza and my favorite a pizza that hasn't been sliced. The place always smells like old mop water, there's a Happy's pizza up the street i recommend going there instead.

I think it's the worse Little Ceasars in Oakland County. I stop in for lunch at other locations 2 or 3 times a week. Grab a lunch special, they are usually great Fresh and hot
But not at this location, looks like it's been sitting in the heater for 4 hours Hard and yucky

Terrible!! Worst run restaurant in the area!! Worst run little ceasers I've ever been too! Tried it twice now and never again, no 3rd time. Employees are completely inept to using basic communication skills....it's obvious they hate their job! Just quit then! The young lady there on the evening of 7/3/24 at 915pm at the counter was probably the worst example of an employee I have ever seen anywhere. May want to look for another line of work! Never again spending money in the location.
