Severely understaffed. Ordered a lunch combo thinking it was gonna be quick like 5 minutes or something. Got handed a hot Mtn Dew with weird butter residue on the bottom. I waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru with my baby in the car. (So it’s not like I could have hopped in the lobby to see what was up w my order). Was about to pull off since and have them keep my money, but that’s when the worker handed me my 4 square pizza. Next time, I’ll just go somewhere like Burger King where it’s guaranteed fast food. :/

The pizza was undercooked and soggy, but since it was for a birthday party my friend decided to put it in the oven to FULLY cook the dough.
Really pathetic how this store is run these days. Placed an order an order online. Show up half an hour later and they are closing up shop. Half an hour early. Finally got the attention of an obviously high “employee.” Who lies and tells me I must have cancelled my order. Whoever owns/runs this place should be ashamed.

The pizza was cold they didn't put garlic parm all over my pizza like I ordered and paid for the store Manager was very unprofessional and rude and did not care about missing my order up would never go there again I'm very dissatisfied and unhappy and the manager Cheyenne should be fired they don't deserve no stars they are horrible and especially the manager Cheyenne

I walked in and ordered my food at 7:25p. I ordered one deep dish pizza and a crazy bread. I was told 12 min wait and when I went back in after 12min all the lights were off and the door was locked. After knocking on the window because they are see through and getting no acknowledgment I walked over to the drive through where I was told she was being it out. I spent 40min sitting in my car waiting for a pizza just for it to come out looking like this. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Went to this location to get a simple hot and ready pizza around 8 and they were already closed even tho all the signs say they close at 10. Just a couple employees milking the clock and not serving customers.

They do not answer the phone my order was ready for 30 minutes they lock there doors at 7pm forcing u to sit in drive through, 45 minutes later finally got my food DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! CLOSE
