Ordered on the app. 3 pizzas-1 pizza was good and fine. 2nd pizza was missing toppings. The weird thing i was handed me the correct pizza at first but then was took back by manager and told that it wasn't mine 3rd pizza was horribly undercooked. And felt like under cooked dough and was unedible 1-Italian cheese bread- not cut 1 Philly cheese steak puffs- third time we've ordered these from this location third time I've been told that they were out of the ingredients to make them and then I had to contact corporate for a refund corporate has told me that they are supposed to issue me a refund. When I mentioned that to the manager Brandy she acted like she locked herself out of the cash safe and said that she could not issue a refund. They also kept pushing me to accept pepperoni Puffs that I absolutely did not want and basically told me I had no choice that I had to take them after I told them three times that is not what I ordered I do not want them. My son warned me not to give him another shot after the last few experiences we had there but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said everybody has bad days or is out of ingredients but I will definitely either go to the Perry Street location or further up to the Orion location never had this many problems at this location until New Management took over.

Rude! Went to get a lunch special during my lunch hour. Wanted to pay with a $20. I was told that they couldn’t provide change and that they only took card. Change would have been about $13. Pathetic and a waste of my lunch hour.

Went to pick up a pizza ordered online when updates weren't rolling in even 10 after it was suppoaed to be ready. When i arrived, the building was closed and had to stand outside to catch attention. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes and the pizza looked very sloppy. No comunication and no updates. Bad experience overall and really suggest going to another local.

The worst store of them all. They do not answer the phone, orders always come out wrong after you wait 45 min or more. Definitely not hot or ready. Don't even think about using the drive thru, you'll be stuck over an hour
My issue will always be they let you order on the app to pick up inside then when you get there they lock the door so you can’t come in. If you can’t afford to stay fully staffed then close the doors. 2 cars in line and sitting for 15 mins when it tells you it’s suppose to be ready at a certain time in the pickup portal yet being told to go through the drive through is not good business.

I ordered my pizza online to pick up in drive thru. After getting there and sitting in the drive thru for 30 plus minutes, I'm told that my order is the next in the oven(15 min after the app said my food would be done). Then I get home to find I didn't even get what i ordered(missing toppings) and the puffs were horrible prepared. And to make matters worse, I get a notification 20 after I arrived home saying that my order is ready for pickup. So hopefully whoever got my pizza is satisfied. Will not be going to this location again. Perry Street will get our business from now on if we decide to even give Little Caesars another shot.
