I Ordered a cheeseburger combo,chicken salad and sweet potato fries the cheeseburger and sweet potato fries was burned instead of asking us to wait and making it over they sent it out. Buy the time I got to were I was going it was late called the next day after work. But they say their nothing they can do about it I won't be going back

They’re terrible food had to be remade due to them putting the wrong cheese on farmers skillet. Called lady was kinda rude then she stated I had to bring that food back as if they’re the only coney with that rule. I’m bringing the food back cause it’s messed up I want you to see your mistake. So I took that food back and received less food back also veggies damn near raw. I’ll never spend or buy anything else from this location. How do you get the food back untouched and give a person some BS back cause you’re pissed you have to remake the order. And truthfully I would’ve accepted them just putting my Swiss cheese on the order and said forget remaking it. The vibe was off. And the attitudes were ridiculous. Detroit 1 has the best food. And a few other coney islands. This one I’ll never waste my time spending another dime. They suck raw ass veggies and hardly any meat in a skillet. No way… I don’t like the people there nor their attitudes. I was very respectful and calm the whole time so I don’t understand what the issue could’ve been other than I had to bring my food back. Should’ve been remade with no problem and an appropriate mannerism. I’ll definitely never order their skillet. Haven’t tried anything simple. Skillet is simple but was nasty
I went to M1 Grill this weekend to order a cat fish dinner with chili cheese fries. When I got the order the fries were barely covered with chili and cheese. The cat fish didn't look fresh/dried out. I asked the lady if they can add more chili and cheese, she told me it would be an additional $3. I asked her for hot sauce, she told me it would be an additional $1. At that point, the meal was already $19 with no drink and I had to pay an additional $4. I asked for my money back. The lady showed no concern with trying to retain me as a customer. I went to The Captain Table on Telegraph and got a catfish meal with Mac and cheese, greens, a drink and German chocolate cake for less than $20. Guys save your money. There are better food prices, food quality out there. Stop supporting businesses that don't care about you. They want to charge you so much for their food and give you bad customer service. The Captains Table has better food, better customer service and their prices are reasonable.

Great, fun little place. Very nice inside very clean bathrooms. The waitress was absolutely a delight and very welcoming. Good food for actually a really decent price. I ended up getting a hamburger and enjoyed it. It was made very delicately and was very presentable. The presentation of the hamburger was really beautiful bruschetta. If we’re ever in the Pontiac area, this definitely will be a place that we would get another bite to eat.
