Manhattan Fish & Chicken

The last time I went there I was a little disappointed about my perch dinner the fries were a little burnt and the fish was a little hard. But that was the only bad experience I had

At the time I waited 15 min more than I was told and to be real I on seen two Young people working

The young guy that is often behind the register is horrible often chatting with females on the company phone and personal phone unable to attend to the customer in front of him or do anything else for that matter I stood there almost 10 minutes on a prepaid order on my lunch break before he put the phone down after a co-worker and I bluntly spoke about his actions to his face my order was sitting right behind him the whole catfish is not catfish but swai or basa which is good in my opinion but they are selling as catfish and it definitely is not. Complete false advertisement come on now everybody knows what catfish nuggets look. Fish & Chicken are tasty I must admit but customer service definitely needs a bit of improvement and clean that flour up around the register OMG. It’s fish fillets not Filay just wanted to let you guys know

I ordered the fish and wing lunch special and asked for buffalo wings. Their idea of buffalo wings is just putting red hot hot sauce on the wings. I could have done that myself. The catfish I requested did not look like real catfish. They completely missed the mark.

Catfish is so salty that after 3 bites you're just done. There is no "atmosphere", walk up, place your order and wait.
