Waited at drive thru for at least 25 minutes finally just drove up to window. Young man employee just woke up and I explained what happened. He said “yeah we short staff you gotta go back in line.“ I think he just smoked a blunt was so rude!
Food not cooked completely this was my first time but it only take one time with me to stop eating somewhere!!!
I went through the drive through at 12.50 am because I saw cars picking up food. I was told “we’re closed”. I drove by at 1.45 am, and they were serving cars in the drive through. What was that about???

McDonald's offers a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entryway. The lady who runs this place was so helpful. The people who work here are really nice and this is one of my favorite locations. The customer service can be excellent, with helpful staff at the drive-thru window, but some staff members could improve by being more welcoming and attentive. The restaurant's food quality can be inconsistent, with some days offering delicious meals and others serving sloppy food. This location is consistently slow in the drive-thru. They got my order confused with another car but they straightened that out. The staff was hustling. The ownership just isn’t giving them enough help. They waited way too long to get their food. They typically do a great job at this particular McDonald's. They get a lot of traffic.
