The lady who runs this place was so helpful when there was a bee inside the store and she killed it in the summertime the people who work here are really nice and this is one of my favorite locations in Pontiac to eat
Food was regular quality for a McDonald’s but service was crazy slow. The staff was hustling, I’m sure the ownership just isn’t giving them enough help. Waited 25 minutes in a drivethru line with only 5 cars ahead of me. They also got my order confused with another car but they straightened that out when I got to the window.
I think I must have made the last breakfast order of the day. I waited way too long to get my food and by the time I got it I was able to make a lunch order. When I got back to the window my breakfast order was done but I had to wait for my lunch order. I know it's hard to manage a McDonald's and they typically do a great job at this particular McDonald's. They get a lot of traffic. I want to compliment them on a good try and try again!
