Stop treating customers like we are stupid. Just because we choose to eat at mcdonald’s sometimes doesn’t mean we lack taste buds and palates. WE CAN TELL if you drop something in grease twice to fool us. Hot does not mean fresh. In fact, it makes the food taste exponentially worse! then when I nicely ask again for fresh food, I get talked back to like I’m somehow offending you. GM was nice but teach your staff to have the same level of respect, especially your manager. Another location to put on the “stay away” list.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 10 nuggets and a small fry. People were incredibly rude. They were very disorganized I am never going back! I'll drive out of my way from now on!

Used the drive thru, I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for service and nothing, pulled up to the window to try and order thru the window and the guy I spoke to very rudely told me I couldn’t and to go around, I told him I waited for service and no one took my order and he again super rude told me “I was busy” most times I have been to this specific McDonalds the employees are super rude.

Wonderful employees, but the food at this location has always been a hit or miss. Came through around 11:30am and the nuggets were old? And really dry, on top of that the burgers were old and dry as well. Don't get me wrong there multiple other times I've come through and the foods been amazing.
