If I could give Zero Stars I would. Placed online order on Monday 1/29/2024 paid with my card. Money was taken out of my account but restaurant at this location did not open. I went to BACK to location several times the last time I went was around 1 pm still no one there. I live out of town and really wanted to bring corned beef home. I called Pontiac/Telegraph location today close to 1pm no answer. I called 7 mile location no Manager available was told to call back after 3pm Again, I checked my account and the money was taken out. I am requesting a refund back to my card I will never go to ANY of their locations again. IF YOU PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PLACE IN PERSON ORDERS ONLY ONLINE IS NOT RELIABLE. I WILL ALSO BE NOTIFYING BBB

Placed an order online at the Pontiac location. Indicated in the order how each sandwich was to be made. Clearly reading isn't fundamental, or they simple don't care and do whatever they want. Staff is rude and I will never spend another dime here again.

Go To Bronx Deli Instead. It's About 3 Minutes South On Telegraph. Left Hand Side. Owner Here Always Comments This That And The Third But The Overall 3 Star Rating On Google Speaks For It's Self.

This place is never open. Three strikes never coming back out here

They were closed and didn't turn off door dash or however that works. Now I have to wait for my money 3-5 days to be returned.

great customer service! But the store In Eastpointe….by far, the nastiest cornbeef I ever had in my life!
First time going there yesterday very respectful and food is great and they Not stingy with their meat so I will be going back today for my lunch.

The best corned beef around never had a bad experience plentiful portions at a good price?

This wasn't as good as I expected it to be. No flavor really, it's like the corned beef was washed and then placed on a bun with mustard. The largest sandwich and was a major disappointment. I was hoping I found a new spot close by. I may try again, could of been a bad day- I'll just be sure it won't cost me as much

Their big sandwiches are around 15 dollars but the size of the sandwich makes it completely worth it and the people there are great

I had to go in the area on Telegraph and had a 40 minute drive back towards home for ice skating and decided...what the heck I hadn't had a cb in a while. Eventhough there's a really delicious cb place less than a mile up the street, I decided to go into this place. Why not? The quality of the meat is not very good. I asked for grilled rye toast and when we opened the sandwich the bread was all "mush" from the steam of the plastic bag and the cardboard tray was like wet notebook paper due to it being bagged in plastic. These type of sandwiches need to be wrapped in paper like most deli's package. Honestly, the meat was piping hot as if it came out if a microwave. It was more like sliced deli meat flavor. There were no other customers and I'm not quite sure how they survive. Perhaps the other sandwiches were better.
Never opened
