The food truck came out to M1 Concourse for our employee track day, and I’m pretty sure everyone went back for seconds (I know I did!).
The atmosphere was incredible—the smell of smoked brisket, ribs, turkey legs, and burgers filled the track and had people lining up nonstop. On top of the fantastic food, I had the chance to chat with the truck operators. Both were super friendly, professional, and clearly know their craft when it comes to authentic BBQ.
