I placed an online order to be ready at 5:10 arrived at 5:10 food was still being prepared, thats ok, as the young kid is making it i see he didn't add the bacon i paid extra for and reminded him he said ok the bacon is in the toaster i said ok, stepped back to let other customers order, they stopped making my food to assist those customers, when they left they finally finished my food at 5:23 but just to still not put my bacon on my sandwich!!!!

I love Subway but this location especially is a hit or miss when the bigger guy is working he legit give you straight attitude and act like he doesn’t wanna be there but sometimes we will get workers that actually care and it will be a great experience

Everytime I come in there's always one person working n he dont ever stop working hard I think his name is Omarion. People like him need to be paid more then what the get paid. He keeps the place clean hard worker always got a smile on his face no matter what. So if his boss see this please now u got ur self a great one there keep him n make him happy. I even seen him training someone n taking care of others .
I just left this place. I ordered a sub and the teriyaki sauce is spoiled! I let them know and they said they can't do anything about it because I chose the sauce. The large round guy was the one who told me he can't do anything about it! I will never come here again! Terrible service and he was rude!

Absolutely the worst subway I ever been to! Pathetic! Please fired this guy! I asked for siracha on my chicken he refused! I asked twice politely and he had the nerve to cuss me out the second time and It wasn't even busy! I was then only one so I don't know what he all worked up and stress about and he didn't even toast my sub when I asked! So I asked if he could he still refused! Then he asked what all I want on my sub and I told him what I wanted and in the end he asked me what else I want I said siracha and he got even more mad ad spitted on my sub! Unprofessional and pathetic!

Their commercial say subway your way however that's a lie. They have nachos that you can't even get the toppings that you want on it. Make that make sense you can get the toppings for your sandwiches but not for the nachos. So me and my son declined the nachos we went up there just to try them and we had to decline. I don't understand why we can't choose our toppings they're not losing nothing.

So we ordered 2 six inch subs and the bigger guy who was training a new person really messed my order up. I wanted certain items on it. He tells the new guy, no put this and this. Then did not ask what kind of cheese and toasted it with no cheese. I am so tired of this bigger guy. He can't seem to do anything right. How can you tell me what I want on my sub? I will be calling corporate. This isn't the first issue I have had with him. I am sure I am not the only one who has

The guy is nice but this store seems always out of stuff, especially anything I want to try every time I ask. No roll ups, no nachos this time etc. I get it's a delicate balance of inventory but it's kinda frustrating.
