When I say this is the worst subway in Oakland county it's the worst the whole staff expect the young slender guy with the hair Drew have sarcastic way of being a hole in a kind way if that make sense they need customer service courses before working with the public the lady Martha need a whole new job I never ever in my life heard anyone talk the way she talk in the fast food industry that's one rude hag no customer service skill at all rude for no reason so management do better

i was the only person inside of the store and picked out some items to go. Instead of acknowledging that I was waiting for a while, the guy decided to continue making sandwiches and wasn’t nice at all. I understand you have tasks and orders to fulfill. and if you can’t get to me that’s okay. but an acknowledgment of “hey I’ll be right with you” or “I’m just finishing up these sandwiches and I’ll help you out” would have been a little considerate instead of being ignored at the register with him right next to me for 5 minutes. Working in customer service isn’t fun sometimes, but to at least acknowledge the customer is something that should be done, regardless of how you are feeling. Especially if there is only 1 person inside.

It was a slow wait in line but that's not the problem. Someone had politely asked the one guy working if there if there was any fresh lettuce in the back because the lettuce in the bin was looking brown. The worker just kept his head down didn't bother to even look up or acknowledge a fair question. Totally rude behavior I'm sure the manager there doesn't appreciate that because within a couple minutes I watched several customers leave the line as they should as did I and I'll never spend my money there being blatantly rude like that. If you hire someone who doesn't want to give customers service then good luck with the business.

I love the cookies they are always hot and fresh. The chicken teriyaki is my favorite sub. I enjoy the employees here especially the one who sings while he works his voice is so amazing my daughter and I come just to hear him sing while we order. He makes it a great place to want to be. It also clean and quick service. I am pleased with the dinning area and drink area too.

The one gentleman working Monday evening by himself I assume, never even looks up to greet customers coming I...I understand being in middle of making online orders, but I used to be manager at a Subway myself and customer service is number one. I asked him a question about cutting my daughter and I sub in half,he rudly said, "we cut all footloose in half"..yes I know this, but being a picky kid, she didn't want her stuff touching mine. Then he forgot one of our cookies and he was rude to my 9 year old,like she was lying. No communication. Needs some new employees or a talk.

I always come here and get my orders done right and receive good customer service. But tonight was the WORST, whoever the man was that was working had a very poor attitude and was rude. He got my sandwiches mixed all up I got 3 foot longs and 1 of them was put on a different bread and the other the bacon tasted uncooked. I asked if he can label my sandwiches and he said in a stern voice and pointed to each and said which was which but when i got home they weren’t the right ones that he named. So yeah his service was horrible and if I ever come there and he’s behind the counter I will walk right out. I don’t know his name but i know he’s tall and African American with a curly Afro that looked unsanitary with no hair net. He was working the close shift the night of December the 3rd.

This is the subway closest to my house. The one slobby dirty guy always has an attitude. He is very rude. I end up just going to the subway on 59. maybe he needs to get a different job if he hates that one so much. I couldn’t even place my order because they “didn’t have it” i WILL NOT be going there any more I’ve tried to give this location several chances. I’m fed up with it.
